The only thing they did right on this order was the bread selection and what protein went on which sandwich. The cheese, veggies, and sauce were all added to the wrong sandwich. When I called and asked them to fix it and I pick it up they said “no, we made your sandwiches per the grubhub order and will not remake them” and hung up. Clearly the receipt proves you wrong.

Ordered online and picked up in store. The order was ready before the estimated time which was great. They were out of 20oz cups so we were given the large cups. The ice was not dispensing in the soda fountain but they were able to provide some from the back. The order was accurate and the food was tasty. The chips were past the expiration date but tasted fine. Overall good dining in Experience with this location.

Ordered on the app for pickup. 1 Turkey Wrap & 1 Steak and Cheese Wrap. I think they only put 6 inch meat on my Steak wrap. Super disappointing. At almost $12 per wrap, I’ve had better.

Went there with some friends and this one lady that had blonde hair, tall and big build was working. She was EXTREMELY rude to my friends and another lady came in for a pickup order and didn’t even make it to the counter and she yelled “Its not ready yet” and told her to go sit down. I am sorry but who does she think she is? She is the boss of no one. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. She saw me come in with them and still yelled across the restaurant Did you need something? I just shook my head no and we left. Horrible experience.

I am not above making mistakes, nor do I expect people to be perfect. I do expect good customer service and someone be able to admit when they are wrong and apologize. That was NOT my experience at this Subway today. The sandwich maker prepared our sandwiches incorrectly on our pickup order. Not knowing this until we got home, and there being NO way to apparently reach this location by phone (recording said the calls were forwarded), I drove back to the location to bring it to their attention. When I explained the sandwich was made incorrectly, instead of taking my word for it, they took it upon themselves to open the sandwich in front of me like I was a child trying to get food for free. Once she found it was in fact their error, I didn’t get an apology for the mistake or her arrogant approach to how she handled herself. I haven’t experienced anything like it before, and was truly insulted. I typically only leave positive Google reviews, but felt that management really needed to know what type of individuals they have working there. Feel free to review the video at the store around 5:25-5:31 pm today, you will be able to see for yourself…
