Nice workers. Respectful. Very clean place. I will have to admit that this is one of the biggest subway restaurant i have ever been too. Only thing caught my attention was that a few of their drinks are out of order. The note on the machine seemed to be aged. So i am not sure for how long it has been out.

My husband said his sandwich was very good. My sandwich was a tuna melt and it was one of the best sandwiches I ever had. It was very well prepared. I like to have absolutely everything on it and it had the perfect amount of tuna, veggies and other condiments. I wanted to review because this guy was a real sandwich artist.

The girl who made my sandwich was super sweet and friendly. I didn’t ask for her name but she’s the managers daughter and was extremely attentive and had great customer service. It’s hard finding food places nowadays with exceptional customer service and this place has it with this girl working for them. Oh and my sandwich was also delicious!

They hired my son not knowing his age they say when he made it clear and he worked one day for 7 hrs for $8 when it says they get paid a little more like $10. It’s been 2 weeks they still haven’t paid him for the 1 day he worked and fired him because they say they didn’t know he was 14 when subways hire at 13. They asked him to open the store on a Saturday or Sunday by himself after only working one day the week before and to work during the hours he supposed to be in school. Poor management, disorganized, unprofessional, and unethical. No integrity. No good faith to resolve the problem. My son had been trying to handle his own business because he is very independent and responsible but when I have to step on step in and write reviews and call corporate you know it’s a problem. And sadly one that could have been solved in store and not taken this far. Hopefully by Monday this can be resolved. Very disappointed in this subway.

We tried to order from here tonight online. The app worked fine. A few minutes after completing the order the store called back. Apparently, they did not have most of one sandwich’s ingredients. Ordered from some place else after having to cancel the order.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The lady was rude. She didn’t greet myself or my family as we walked in, she didn’t make our subs correctly, way too much dressing on all of the subs. There was inappropriate music blaring the whole time we were inside the building. No napkins, the restroom was disgusting. Over all I’m thoroughly disappointed with my experience here.

This Subway location is awesome. Everyone is always so pleasant when I visit. The macadamia cookies are the absolute best. I really like seeing Christina, Angel (pronounced Anjel), and Amber I believe is her name. I went there at about 2 something. The cookies weren’t the best. So Christina offered to make a fresh batch. I went back at about 6 something expecting all of them to be gone or at least almost. Well, Christina’s shift was over and she was gone. But to my surprise, she had put aside the cookies she baked for me. If that is not awesome customer service, I don’t know what is.

Very nice for a Subway! The staff was incredibly nice and made jokes with us, manager put a smile on our face when we noticed them working with the employees. The sandwiches were great and the lobby was clean. I’ll definitely go back.

Don’t waste your time even going there. Since recently becoming an Affirmative Action Manager/owner they are always out of something. I was there 3 days ago and they were out of all meats except some chicken.
Also in violation of Grand Prairie ordinance no employees were wearing a mask. Better to go to the Main Street location with no problems.

I LOVE this Subway, everytime I go my experience is outstandingly AMAZING! The worker named Jake, he makes me laugh whilst making my sandwich and I literally have a blast while ordering! Always has a smile on his face and somehow manages to always put one on mine. Theres another worker named Chris who is also outstanding! Another fantastic kid who makes me laugh and makes my Subway experience amazing! These two guys make this Franchise look INCREDIBLY good and I recommend going here. Other reviews say they ran out of bread or cookies, but can you blame them for having so much business? I can see why, every customer is treated with kindess, joy is brought to every customer and the Subway is almost always packed! I don’t mind waiting 10 minutes to order because the service is always so good! The tables are ALWAYS clean, floors are ALWAYS clean and the bathroom remains pristine with a wonderful aroma! I will definitely be returning to this franchise!
