I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at this Subway. From the moment I walked in, the place looked spotless, bright, and incredibly well-organized. I had an excellent experience at Subway today! The food was fresh, perfectly made, and just the way I wanted. Priya was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was done right. Her service was quick and professional, and she had a great attitude throughout. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences so far.

After not coming here for a year from multiple bad experiences, I have been talking up this location after my last 2 sandwiches were made so great. Today I placed an online order for BOGO Footlong for a dollar. I went to pick them up and was told they are not taking online orders due to their internet being down. I explained that my card was charged. They said I would get a refund. I said well can I pay for 2 more and just get the sandwiches I ordered and get the refund later? Sure. I tell them I want the same thing I ordered online, the BOGO footlong for $1. She said “thats only for online orders”. ARE YOU KIDDING ME LOL
I think at that point, they should have just made my order exactly as I ordered it rather than inconveniencing me for a second time, but what do I know. I have only worked in customer service for 20 plus years.

Priya and Harini are the sweetest. I’m always greeted with a smile. I’m pretty much a regular and they are so kind, quick, and patient. My fav subway in the area! Love them!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. I was served rotten food — yes, spoiled, foul-smelling, clearly inedible — and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they couldn’t have cared less. No apology, no replacement, not even an offer to take it off the bill.
How a restaurant can knowingly serve food in that condition and refuse to make it right is beyond me. It’s not just bad service — it’s a health hazard.
Avoid this place at all costs.

This lady makes smallest and stingy sandwich possible. I had less lettuce and more onions, olives other vegetables sauces. There’s tons of lettuce no olives barely any onions barely any meat. You running charity case or what???
