My experience at this Subway was absolutely awful due to the unacceptable behavior of one of the workers.The short, chubby employee with curly hair was blatantly rude, impatient, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Her attitude was hostile for no reason, and she spoke to me in a disrespectful tone that made it clear she had no interest in providing even the most basic level of customer service or making a simple footlong sandwich which she is getting paid to do. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected simply for trying to order. No customer should be treated this way, and this kind of behavior reflects extremely poorly on the business and those who allow this behavior at the store. I will seriously reconsider returning if this is the level of service being tolerated.

While doing online orders, they are pretty fast, even during the lunch hour. My order is always ready and sometimes before the time suggested to pick up. They make my wraps just like I like them. I have no complaints.

I tried to go to the Kingsley Shiloh location but they were closed at 6pm on a Sunday. Luckily this location was close and the experience was perfect! The nice guy made my 6 Sammy’s and was super cool and nice and funny. I will be back!

I have been coming to this location for a couple of year now, and it pains me to leave this review.
The food is always delicious but today I got cheated on the portions. I got a footlong tuna and my meal is mostly bread. The employee was not aware on how to give the correct portion for the size.
The employee was quite reluctant to give place the vegetables in the sandwich, I had to ask her several times to please refill the sandwich otherwise, I would have ended up with toasted bread with some vegetables. I understand that if she is new, she’s not trained yet but there should have been someone there with her for the entirety of the serving.
This isn’t the first time I went back to work to eat bread with some vegetables. I wish they could all get more training.
This doesn’t happen when the manager is there.

The lack of professionalism shown from both Dan and Aj, the owner and manager respectively, is quite honestly astounding. Due to an error on subway’s behalf my order was received by the app but not the store. I waited over 40mins to be told that I would receive a full refund as AJ assured me the charge would never go through. Spoiler alert! The charge did in fact go through so I gave AJ a call immediately. He feigns surprise and invites me to come back to his location to “prove it” and offers me a refund. Within 3 mins of hanging Dan calls me back to tell me that they will NOT refund me. Instead I must now dispute the charge with my bank. Over promise under deliver. Both men complained that this was not their fault. Instead they wanted me to be mad at the internet. “Think about how much money I AM LOSING” a direct quote from Manager AJ. “I cant win with you,” said Dan the owner. Subway as an entity is going downhill and locations like this one are exactly why

The overweight, middle-aged manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. A delivery driver was there to pick up an order and the manager was condescending and not helpful. When the driver left the store the manager turned to his crew members and decided that it was a good idea to trash talk the delivery driver to them and front of several customers. I don’t know how you get to be a manager in customer service when you have absolutely zero customer service. I work in the area and have been to this location several times. But I will not be back. If I want Subway on my lunch I will be driving to a different location. I also have co-workers that go to this location that will no longer be going there because of that manager. I hope him being rude was worth it. He needs to be reprimanded and trained on how you talk to customers and delivery drivers.

I have lived within walking distance of this store for 6 years. We don’t go too terribly often, but every time we do, the people who work there are always nice, and patient, and the food is always very good.
Tonight, unprompted, the two people who sandwiches were bought for, separately told me they were one of the best ‘Turkey’ and the other was ‘Spicy Italian’ sandwich, they had ever had.
Thank you for the consistent service and being a bright spot in our retail neighborhood!

Not a bad subway, employees are nice. The store is always clean, they accept most coupons. Food is always good but every once in a while they get my order wrong but they have made it right the last 2 times and I was very pleased. Overall I give them 4.8 / 5.
