On Tuesday, March 25, 2025 I placed a curb side order for a veggie sandwich. The sandwich wasn’t fixed right and the lady wouldn’t try to correct it. She said she couldn’t make changes. I left the sandwich. I called the store 109 N. First Street and asked for the manager. She said I would have to call and talk to her tomorrow (Wednesday). Then she laughed and told me her manager was her mother. I asked what difference would that make and she laughed and said “Girl, please”. I’m a 67 year old woman. Girl should not be mentioned by her to no customer. I was not able to get a credit for the sandwich, chips and drink I didn’t get. I will never go back in that store. Beware of the customer service there. I think she told me her name was Vanessa. I’m attaching the status reports I got from the app. I am also looking for the return of my money.

This place closes at 10 pm as said on the door. We walked in and the place was picked up with no where to sit. It was 8:15 pm. We asked if we could sit to eat and the woman closing gave attitude saying to not make a mess on the floor since they had just cleaned. She didn’t toast our sandwiches and didn’t add cheese, the sandwiches were very poorly made. I couldn’t even say anything since she immediately went to hide to the back and started talking with someone. She gave such a bad attitude. I took the picture once we were done eating since other customers came in. I came here to cheer up my sibling and mom since we’re going through something. This was the worst service and poorly made food we’ve ever received.

So, I hadn’t eaten at a Subway in about 11 months. This visit reminded me why.
I ordered a bowl, and requested curbside delivery. I got there, parked in the appropriate area, and I waited….and waited…..and waited. No one ever brought me my order, so I went inside. Turned out it was ready, and had been for awhile. But for some reason no one ever brought it to me. That kind of reckless inefficiency is unacceptable, and there’s no excuse for it.
I contacted Subway about my experience, and they forwarded it to the store manager. She gave me a very “generic” response (and this was two weeks later).
That was my last visit to Subway. I’ll stick with Firehouse,Jimmy Johns, or Jersey Mikes. They care about pleasing their customers.

Was late to my appointment because of the girl making my order. She was rude, unprofessional, and did not give me what I wanted in the end. Called to complain and no answer. Sandwich was inedible and poorly made. Do not go here. Especially if you want a flatbread sandwich.

I don’t like the fact that a person points instead of speaking i am not racist but people ought to be literate in speaking English when you ask questions & why is the meat hidden from the customers to see how it looks behind where you are getting my meat from & I give it a 10++++++ in cleanliness I was happy with that the bathroom was soooo clean looking & the young lady was cleaning when we walked in which was a good thing she seems to take her job serious I give her an A++++++++ on cleanliness

Stay away from this subways. We phone ordered subs for our company and for one of the subs asked for an Italian pita with all the meats that come with it. We got a pita with every meat they had in stock even including tuna and a bill for just that sub of $37 dollars. I will upload video to YT of the mockery and also the sodas were all flat. Why is there only one person working during rush hour lunch break? I saw people walking out because they got tired of standing in line or they probably had to rush back to work because their 30 minute lunch break was up.

The store associate that helped us was great! She was all alone with a line forming and it was the start of the day as well, having to get the store prepped for the day by herself, baking the bread and so on while serving those of us that were in line. She managed the customers and multi-tasked very efficiently.
