Lack of effort. I have went to this subway in store multiple times and it has been decent sometimes. I started doing online orders to just be able to pick it up and they think they can slack and that people won’t notice when they have barely tried. They tend to not care with the online orders and have made mine horrible pretty much every time. They don’t put nearly as much ingredients or effort and hadn’t toasted mine for my most recent order. In general their service can be not very good in store even. Here’s an example of one of the horribly made sandwiches. Done with this subway.

I went here last week and the food was bad due to the employee’s stinginess with vegetables and sauce. I wrote the following email to the GM and got no response. I waited a week before writing this review.
Good evening Ms. Reeves,
I ordered two subs this evening at the Subway located at 1181 Flower Mound Rd. My son and I were both extremely disappointed in the preparation and quality of the subs that we ordered. The employee was really ridiculously stingy with ingredients and the resulting subs were paltry, insubstantial, and a huge disappointment. I was not expecting extra meat or cheese. I am talking about the vegetables and sauce. He put a negligible quantity and when I asked for more, he did the same thing. It was like watching a French chef adding garnish with tweezers. All we tasted was bread. My son had to add ingredients at home and I didn’t enjoy my sub either.
Based on this experience, I would not go back to this establishment. The only reason I’m writing is because this was so far from a ‘perfect’ experience that it is an embarrassment to Subway.

On 01/27, I ordered a footlong through the Subway app. The restaurant accepted the order, and the app instructed me to pick it up. When I arrived, I found that the restaurant was closed. At the very least, a refund should have been issued, but the restaurant is not accepting calls, and the Subway support staff has been unhelpful. I highly recommend not ordering from this location.

My husband took my toddler son to use the restroom after we had the sandwich in the car. The owner started arguing that the restrooms are only for customers and that my toddler shouldn’t be using them! They not only lack business sense but lack humanity as well!

They close at 10pm. So excited for my sandwich. Got off a flight READY TO EAT. 9:15pm pull up they say they put all the food away at 9:30pm. 9:15… so, here I am 9:21pm warning you that they not going to serve you until 10pm advertised. Just be prepared for that at this location.

If there were negative stars, this place deserves it! This is, by far, the worst subway ever. The gentleman making the sandwich today was quite unfriendly and mumbling every question. His attitude was very indifferent and disconnected. He gave us about 10 small lettuce slices in the sandwich, and when I asked for a little more, he refused to put in and told me it would fall out. I’ve never had anyone refuse to add in basic ingredients to a sandwich at subway! There’s a problem here. Also Sir, it’s a sub and you wrap it in paper. It’s not falling out. Owners- please properly retrain staff. In a small community, this isn’t a good look for y’all.

I went to this Subway tonight, hoping to grab a late dinner. The hours on the door said they close at 10:00 PM, so arriving at 8:00 PM, I figured I had plenty of time. I was wrong. The employee told me they were only doing take-out orders because he had already cleaned up for the night. two full hours before closing time. This is just lazy and unprofessional.
