Today, January 30th, I purchased a Simply Lemonade with my meal and discovered it expired back on January 21st. How can we trust this location to use fresh ingredients in their sandwiches when they don’t even check the labeled expiration on drinks in their fridge for over a week? (at least 9 days in this case) I cannot believe the store manager is so negligent as to not have basic food safety practices in place.

Asked for light mayo and got the most mayo I’ve ever seen on a sandwich. Almost inedible, had to wipe a lot off. Lots of other ingredients so I guess that’s ok. Next time will ask for no mayo I suppose.

June 27th i walk in 7 minutes before closing all the lights are off so the employee closed early and after i said hello i could hear the employee in the back shuffling pans around i said hello again and they became as silent as possible. They ignored me completely. Do i left and right after i walk out not even 1 minute later at 8:57 they go lock the door and run and hide in the back again. So now i will be giving the store manager a call tomorrow morning and after i talk to her im gonna call corporate because obviously management has no common sense to hire and train their employees properly. I work for a subway store part time in denton and i can say i do not treat customers like that. I hope this person is fired after this. Because subway is obviously not the right job for them. Side note don’t use the drive through here because the employees don’t even know how to take a proper order here considering That i came through the drive through 2 weeks ago for 2 sandwiches and 1 sandwich was simply a meatball sub with cheese and ranch which i got a meatball sub but it had all these extra vegetables on it. And i ordered a steak melt and got a chicken strip sub. So management definitely needs to be replaced as well. In fact just replace the whole crew and start from scratch. That would be better all these employees here are worthless. And once again i work for subway.

The staff was reasonably friendly but they were all wearing headphones listening to music while I ordered. Veggies weren’t very fresh and they forgot to use my coupon even though I reminded the cashier right before he rung me up. He was probably distracted by whatever he was listening to!

People at this location can be quite rude. I have gone several times and the hospitality is hit and miss. Almost never go through drive through as they always get the order wrong. Not even close to right and if you go back around they treat you like your lying about what you wanted. Wouldn’t go if there was another subway close to home as my daughter loves the food.

How sad that Subway just isn’t what it used to be. Have been to this location many times. Sometimes the people are alright – last time the guy straight up never said one word to my wife or I when making our sandwich. We inconvenienced him by making him get up from the lobby and do his job. Before that (yes I came back – stupidly) I was charged twice. I called 5 times to try and resolve – they never gave me my money back. Completely ridiculous. At this point, we have pretty much swore off all Subway locations – this one helped us make that decision.

I typically go to this store on my lunch break because its close and I have only a 30 minute lunch. I honestly wont be going back, This is the second time within 2 weeks that ive ordered from this location and my order was wrong so I end up starving for lunch. It’s very disappointing how customer service in fast food restaurants have gone down hill, I cant even order a basic sandwich and get it made correctly. Im very Hangry at this point!!!
