I guess greeting customers here is a hard NO! Cashier seemed bothered that I came in..steak was a little dry,bread was over baked! Luckily there is a Subway on every corner & I won’t have to return 2 this one!

When I walked in, the lady at the counter had an attitude and did not greet me. When she checked me out she literally left my sandwhich and my receipt on the counter and just walked away. The white people who came in after me were greeted and treated in a more professional manner.

I’m leaving 3 stars because this Subway, like others, has a note taped to their door that they don’t take coupons. This is very frustrating to me that the corporate office mails out coupons, but then the locations can decide they aren’t going to take them. The people here were nice and they made our order fine. But if you’re looking for a place to honor your coupons, this is not the place to go.

I have never had worse service in any subway until today. When did 6-inch subway subs become 3 inch subs, I even told the Indian lady, but she ignored me and acted like she didn’t hear me and continued to start my sandwich.

Placed an online order. Just wow when you order something with veggies did not know you had to specify you wanted more than 3 pieces of spinach! Might need to retrain your employees how to make a sandwich or find another career. But I guess you can mess up making a basic sandwich. Waste of money.

I paid $15 for a “Monster” sandwich and it barely looked like it was worth 5. I also ordered beforehand through the app and it wasn’t ready 15 minutes later. I asked why and was told that they opened late at 10:00. But I was told that at 10:55 so I’m not sure why that even mattered.
