This location could’ve been a little cleaner in the bathroom. I was surprised by the cozy seating environment, complete with electric fireplace (not joking), cushy seats, and TV. The staff was friendly enough. Some of the food toppings though were visibly getting frostbite and looked less than fresh. Overall, I would go back again.

I like Subway in general. This location is close to where I work…so naturally have been a frequent customer for a year or two…but that will change. The past several times trying to dine at this location their ice machine was broken, toaster was broken, their credit card processing machine was broken and/or their TV was broken. Plus their staff (who used to be great) lacks customer service.

I like subway but this location is horrible. I just took a job that has me very close to this location and I was excited to have a subway so close. I’ve eaten there twice and won’t eat there again. Food is definitely substandard to the other locations I have been to. The staff is apathetic at best and one of the workers was making sandwiches without wearing a mask but he would put it on to meet the customers in the drive through. I also never saw anyone replace their gloves or wash their hands on the two occasions I ate there.

Ended up at this location because of the CRAZY storm that was happening!!! The Guy behind the counter was AWESOME! He managed to get everyone’s order taken and completed in a timely manner and was polite to everyone! This is the 1st time I have ever stopped at this location and I was greeted in a very courteous manner! Hats off to the sandwich Guy!

The ice machine and the oven are working again! I was helped this morning by a young lady named Izzy. She provides great customer service and always has a kind word and smile. That is greatly appreciated! But I did notice that she is yet again the only person working the entire restaurant. We feel bad for anyone that gets put into that position. But we have never seen her complain. Keep up the great work Izzy.

Not sure what’s going on with this location but the last three times we’ve eaten here, one of us has gotten sick the very next day. At first, thought it was coincidence but after three times… it’s got to be something about their store. Either food that’s gone bad or bad sanitation practices. Whatever it may be, we won’t be eating here anymore and I’ll start steering friends and family to alternate locations as well.
