The rude young man working without a nametags wouldn’t help me with a gift card and didn’t even offer the usual subway greeting, which bread or would you like it toasted. Get him some help or train him to help customers. I guess I’ll eat the gift card because I won’t come back.

This is the best subway in and around allen. I have been to subway in stacy and greenville, shiloh and 14th but this place inside walmart is by far the best. Employees here are very nice, gives a smile and provides good food. Last time when I was here, there was this gentleman and was very good at his job and today Annie helped us and she was very nice and took care of us. I think the manager should be very proud of his/her team members here and may be give tips to the surrounding subways in the area 🙂

It took the lady there yesterday 13 minutes to do 6″ salami and peperoni with some veggies. I was late for my daughter game because of her decide to take the lady order the one behind me and she didn’t combine my order with the one of the front of me. So made and disappointed with that kind of service.

I just had back surgery two weeks ago. My daughter takes uber to Subway to get us some food. Arrives at 7pm the woman said they are closed. Hours are 8am-8pm and should be Honored. My Daughter had to go elsewhere to get us food. Very poor service.

We turned up an hour before closing but they had already sectioned off the lower tables. My girlfriend has a progressive neurological disease and uses a wheelchair and we were not allowed to use one of the lower tables and were treated with an attitude by the woman server who said that section was closed. She told us to use the high tables or the bar while clearly seeing my girlfriend in a wheelchair. She was very rude and I don’t understand why we were not allowed to use the table allocated for those in wheelchairs. We ended up not buying a sandwich as there was nowhere to eat it and will not be buying from this location again. My girlfriend felt very upset.

Worst subway in town! Not friendly and wouldn’t speak anything but Spanish, maybe she thought since I’m Italian I understood her?? Very unprofessional… The woman at the front is very rude kept screaming at me in front of customers about how the ice isn’t free!! charging for water?? Charging for ice?? please hire better people that don’t scream! I will NEVER BE BACK! Her name was Mana? Wish I would have got a better look at it. Good luck if you go.
