I recently visited Subway and had a mixed experience. The workers are cool and friendly, but the place has an off-putting smell, at least in my opinion. The food was just okay, nothing extraordinary, but still a solid Subway experience, which can be hard to find. Overall, I’d give it three stars.

Despite clearly specifying no onions as I’m allergic in my online order, both sandwiches I received were loaded with onions. This mistake could have led to a serious allergic reaction, potentially requiring hospitalization.
Not only did Subway jeopardize my health and safety, but the lack of proper customer service channels exacerbated the situation. There was no way to contact the store immediately to rectify the mistake, leaving me stranded and hungry for the night. This is completely unacceptable.
I demand a full refund for my order, as I was unable to consume the food due to Subway’s negligence. It is outrageous that a simple request regarding a life-threatening allergy was completely disregarded. This level of incompetence and indifference towards customer health and safety is appalling.
I’m going to visit the store tomorrow again let’s see what they have to say.

This location is horrible!!
When I first walked in, another employee was heading out, leaving one woman by herself. I waited in line for her to finish the two guys in front of me orders. When she did, she was quick to help me but did not seem to know what she was doing as if she were new? She kept calling her manager to confirm things, okay, no biggie. As it’s time for me to pay( I got the 6.99 meal deal btw) the total came to be 8.79?? I knew that was incorrect and asked her to change it. She rolled her eyes and called her manager at this point, I was not upset. I just wanted my food for the correct price. Matters were settled, and I paid. As I got to get a drink from the soda dispenser, i saw something black in it. It’s a roach. I’m serious when it comes to bugs, so I asked for a refund. That’s should be no big deal, but no to the employee she scoffed and rolled her eyes, but befor she could tell me off a man who saw the whole thing said ” she’s telling the truth I seen it fall” she scoffed”wait”. And wait I did, as she made the man and the woman who came in orders. My kids then came to me saying they saw a roach under and ON the table. The more looked around, the more realized how dirty everything was… I got my refund after she called her manager asking if she could return my money to me? She gave me dimes and pennies saying she was out of ones… All I wanted was a sandwich and got roaches instead. Do not eat here if you value your health!

Took over 30 minutes to get an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:50pm. Girl said she was the manager and only one there. Told me she was gonna quit and to not give my money to subway. Good advice. Couldn’t even get the order right. What a joke of a location.

This is the worst customer service I’ve received in a very long time. There was one employee who moved slower than molasses and was extremely rude. There seemed to be a language barrier which is not necessarily the problem, however she was upset with me when I asked for extra toppings. It took her 15+ minutes to make 2 sandwiches and she kept going back in the back room for what seemed like a mini break every 3 minutes. When she rang me up, she basically threw the receipt in my direction instead of handing it to me and walked away. I will not be returning to this location as the experience was very poor.

Also they have veggie patties ,
MY sandwich was very delicious, and fresh. I ordered the footlong, veggie patty sandwich on white bread, with American cheese, lettuce spinach, tomatoes, red onion, banana peppers, bellpeppers, pickles.
