Horrible service I ordered on the app and gave me a time to show up when I did they haven’t even started the sandwiches I ordered so I have to wait for another 20 mins before I got them. Only one person working and he had cut his hand. Bandaged it with a napkin a tape. He would change the glove on the hand that he had cut but not the other and then would touch the cut hand with the gloves hand and never change it. Then when he made our sandwich he take the knife and wipe it on his nasty dirty apron. When confronted about it he just laughed and pulled another dirty knife from under the counter. When told he could just keep the sandwich he laughed and didnt have a care in the world about how dirty he was. First and last time there!

3:45 on a Saturday. Washer went out so I was at the laundromat next door and decided to stop in. A really sweet deaf gentleman helped us. He made double sure to make sure he understood our order. Typical sandwiches, pretty good. He warned me the coke was out. I appreciated that!

My salad didn’t even have lettuce in it. $13 for a salad that’s not even half the bowl, really soggy, and literally missing ingredients? You’re joking. And the app tried to get me to give yall a tip funny. Kinda shameful to be able to give that kind of order to a person. Guess I go hungry tonight. Do not eat here. Ordered a $15 sandwich and got 1 PIECE of meat on each side?! 1 thing on a $50 order was right, y’all are a joke and we’re getting a refund.

Terrible place to stop for lunch. I ordered a teriyaki chicken foot long. The chicken was plain with the sauce put over the vegetables. The vegetables are wilted and tasted bad. Sandwhich went unfinished after a few bites. Will not be back again.

I usually love Subway but today was not a good trip! First we called 8 times with no answer then when we got there they were completely not busy the employees were sitting at the tables on their phones and then we got tea and it is very sour…. subway used to take pride and was the best place to eat in Westville… please do better
