The girl behind the counter is new I can tell no shame on her she’s just doing her job. The MANAGER however is not ideal she stands outside of the Walmart entrance smoking cigarettes and watching videos on her phone and then comes inside were I am patiently waiting for the 1 other staff member to finish a order. Instead of helping me she’s sits down and proceeds to watch more videos. I get service and while paying another gentleman comes in and has to do the same thing as me while the manager once again just sits there. I will say she can pull bread out of the oven but that’s about it!!
No shame on the young girl but man get a better manager please!

This Subway does not know how to talk to their customers and they don’t know how to make their customers happy if a customer asked for extra olives you need to give it to them or at least make a button to where you can do a side of olive and not sit there also cutting people off when they’re trying to explain their self and especially if you’re a district coach or GM you should know better than to sit there and cut customers off you need to let them explain their self and be polite and respectful they are the ones that are supposed to stay under control they were acting immature all they care about is the money

Manager is outside while my friend works her butt off trying to get the line to a more manageable level. Horrible for a manager to be in the store to be able to help the employee when the line is getting long. If I could give a zero star review I would.
