Manager is outside while my friend works her butt off trying to get the line to a more manageable level. Horrible for a manager to be in the store to be able to help the employee when the line is getting long. If I could give a zero star review I would.

Every time we ask kind of meats make up different sandwiches or what certain meats are in the deli, the employees who have been working there for several months have no idea how to answer me. I have also seen them stop fixing a sandwich and go to the register to take money from another customer that only wanted an Iced, and then go back to making the sandwich. The bad thing is they NEVER changed gloves!! There’s no way that she would’ve finished making my sandwich after touching dirty money. I know this has been going on for at least 7 to 8 months. Needless to say we go to the other Subway now. They are way cleaner and know what comes on each sandwich!
