This was a delivery for two sandwiches through DoorDash. Yes we were given a refund or an equivalent to a refund on DoorDash. But both sandwiches we ordered were burnt. The bread hard as if you nuked it in the microwave. It’s just unbelievable you’re going to charge someone $15+ for a sandwich and BURN THEM and still sell that to the customer. Just the fact someone thought that was acceptable is ridiculous and I doubt if we went in and ordered that they would still sell us that. Please care a little more. The fact anyone thought selling this was acceptable instead of remaking it. And not just burning one but both sandwiches. Please do better.

By far the worst subway i’ve ever been to. Service was horrible. Lady sat at the register typing something and didn’t even look up at me the other told me that my call in was at the end on the shelf. It wasn’t mine. I said something about it, not being mine And did not get an answer from either of them, maybe they didn’t hear me. I waited and then said something again and the first lady was like, oh, it’s back here. Gave it to me and i finally went home. I got a subway club and what they call a philly cheese steak the pictures are of the Philly cheese.. That doesn’t look like a philly cheese steak to me. I ended up throwing it away. I wanted to go back and get it made again, but the attitudes of the two ladies that were there.Just maybe not want to even go back ever I didn’t even touch it, It was buy 1 get 1 free. So I really didn’t care, but still good god.It looked disgusting i wouldn’t have fed it to my dog. The one star is for the available parking out front

Walked in not crowded only to discover they do not take Subway coupons. I have been financially strapped due to health issues. Finally had a little extra to splurge and cant get my favorite sandwiches! I turned on my foot and walked back out. I will be sure to let everyone I know about the coupon situation. Never again, Subway WAS my go to for quick healthy food. Not anymore!

Ordered three salads and one sub an hour in advance. Arrived before the scheduled time and was told they ran out of meatballs so had to heat more up. Order was ready 15 minutes after pickup time. When it was ready this individual places it in the online order shelf without a word. No apology, no nothing. We’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s and tried Subway again. Bad decision, back to Jersey Mike’s we go.

Went here and they were nice but when my brother was ordering his sandwich they added marinara and he didn’t ask for it. We didn’t see them add it so we went home with this sub and he wouldn’t eat it. He calls it his pizza sub so I understand the confusion, but told them exactly what he wanted on it, only pepperoni, provolone, and ranch. Simple sandwich to make and they decided to add more onto it?? They could’ve asked if he wanted it but they didn’t.

I placed my order for pick-up through the website. The order process was very easy. Easy to navigate; the site offering me all the options as in store ordering allowing me to see all my choices as I built my sub.
The store was very clean and organized. I arrived 1 minute before the pick-up time indicated by the website. I saw my sub being prepared and it was handed to me exactly at the indicated time!
I observed the friendly employee building my sandwich following my instructions as she made it. Perfectly made, hot and fresh and absolutely delicious.

This was my first visit to this location and my last. The employees were not friendly towards me but to all customers. The guy took his time to assist me after he prepared the customer ahead of me, he finally asked what typed of bread
I wanted and when I selected the bread, he informed me in a rude tone the bread was only a limited promotion so I selected another type of bread and when I got to the topppings the female employee stared at me instead of asking me what toppings would I like, I proceeded to tell her the toppings I wanted, she never spoke a word as she added my toppings. I paid for my food, sat and ate. Thank you for showing me how rude your employees are and I will make sure to never do business at this location.

This is the most wonderful place in all of Shawnee. I’m on crutches and they are so helpful. They are patient and kind. The manager is out of this world. The food is fresh and yummy. Thank you to all the people who work there, especially the manager.
