Excellent roast beef sandwich on Italian Herb & Cheese bread!
Update 21 August 2024: food is still great, but shrinkflation apoears to have shrunken the size of the standard sandwich bread. Employees appear to be possibly mute… I had to initiate the order with no offer from the personnel to help me… just a blank stare. Almost identical to what I have experienced at the local McDonalds.

Some folks do NOT take pride at subway in making sandwiches they don’t put everything on them you pay for and don’t really listen to us when you go thru drive thru they just hurry up and get it out regardless what’s on it and what it looks like you end up wearing half the sandwich before it’s done with so come on folks take pride in what you are doing please the customers and more will come back

Used the Drive Thru. Ordered a foot long meatball, provolone, black olive sub, got pepperoni, green peppers, red onion, in tomato sauce. BLEEECH. Tried to call no answer. It’s all good, will not be back ever!!!

The Hugo location has improved dramatically since its change of ownership. The facility is clean, the employees are very nice and friendly, and the food is great. My only complaint is the fact that we get coupons in the mail, and they won’t accept most of them. There are great deals, but if we can’t use them, it will potentially limit visits.

I had ordered online, and was contacted by someone at the store saying they didn’t have bowls. Okay, no problem, refund my money. I still have yet to hear anything from Subway Corporate or this store here in regards to my money they took, but couldn’t provide a product. If the reverse had happened, I would be charged with theft.

I felt like I was being rushed through on my order, like it was inconvenient for me to need to both pay and tell them what I wanted on my wrap. Daughters bread was crusty, she didn’t know how to wrap the wrap, then they wanted to make it again. They charged me plenty extra for guac on the sandwich and there was barely any on there. Not happy, but since the daughter is vegan I’ll probably have to come back sometimes. 🙁

great place to eat great workers.i love this place. jaquline jackson loves this place to and all of them roaches she has. she still taking wash off very weird person aint been no thing but a dish washer her whole entire life she could be growing her granddaughters/daughters hair with her SLOW smart mouth mammy and pappy cousins there she is in a classroom with all grades getting them answers.
