My worst experience ever. The guy working didn’t act like he cared to be there. My disappointment was my sandwich. He said all they had was wheat bread. That was fine but the bread was so dry an flaky it just fell apart. Then my cheese seemed to be old and the meat was chewy. So I just threw it away. Poor store needs staff that cares and takes pride in their work.

We got two sandwiches from here today and there was definitely a flood of people and orders that came in before and after us but the young man making the food was doing an exemplary job! He remained calm and collected as he did it alone and with a smile! He deserves the recognition because he is a great young man! This was 04/06/25 around 3:30-3:45!

The best subway sandwich I’ve ever had came from here. We drive from Wichita down to OKC often, and this is my new favorite place to stop on the way. The bread wasn’t dry and crusty like it always is elsewhere, and my sandwich was perfect and delicious!

Andrea was very kind and helpful and the only person making sandwiches. While another worker was in the back not helping her during the rush and yelling at her in front of customers I hope this changes soon she looked very stressed out but she was still so kind.

Hire more staff.hire more staff. Hire more staff. I come in here way too often and this place needs help! The staff are begging for help. Lines out the door and customers are frustrated. HELP YOUR STAFF. And the next night i come in and someone stole my order. Had to beg staff to remake it. And they refused without calling a manager. Once the person who stole my order came back, they asked if i wanted the OPEN SANDWICHES! NO I WANT YOU TO REMAKE THEM GROSS!!!!

The Food here has always been good, service for the most part has been great, have had a couple questionable employees work here a time or two, but nothing bad enough to complain about. The establishment has always been clean and well taken care of. The restaurant is in a good location. The only thing I don’t like is, if you are standing in line and they are currently taking your order and a call comes in or the app stuff they have nowadays sends a order thru they will stop what they are doing and start that order so that the order is ready for the delivery people to pick up and deliver. I believe that if you are there and already getting your order made you should be first priority.

Please get a team that actually works together because this was disappointing. I waited over an hour for three sandwiches that were sitting on the counter getting cold, the the guy doing the toppings slowly finished people’s sandwiches, while the girl was NO help whatsoever, and she kept making sandwiches that were sitting and getting cold.

Had the outlaw 6″ which was very good. Not too busy a night but with only one lady working and 3 customers, not the fastest. Still, I do enjoy the variety of flavors that are available to mix & match.
