The person preparing our food seemed to have a bit of an attitude and was trying to work too quickly. Most of the vegetables were past their prime, yet she still gave them to us.

These “EMPLOYEES” thought it was better to smoke cigarettes instead of serving two hungry customers. This was an hour before closing. We were literally waiting at the counter. When asked, they said “we aren’t ready.” With their freshly lit cigarettes.

Food is good the staff always seem uptight or upset to be there. Uncomfortable to stay and eat but it might just be me.

Food was good. One server was fine. The other made sure we knew she didn’t want to be there. Then when we had our sandwiches and there were no customers the same disgruntled employee spent her time on her personal phone. The subway phone rang the whole time and she ignored it. About 10 minutes of that. The nicer employee had left the building.

I’m a door dasher. I’ve been waiting on my order for 20 minutes now. There is only 1 person working and she is slow as a snail and keeps putting other walk in orders in front of getting my order done. They need to keep orders in line both online and walk-in orders. They also need more help.

Normally good service. Tonight not so much. The 2 young females working weren’t happy to see us, granted, we came in at 10 minutes to closing, BUT, that’s no excuse….I had the steak , cheese. The employee did not warm up the meat like she’s supposed to. We did not get napkins, acted like they didn’t want to be there.. .

STOP LEAVING EMPLYEES ALONE!!!! This place always has 1 worker. I was told that the boss of this place left this tiny old lady to work alone. She absolutely should not be working alone. She is way too slow as well as i dont ever remember in any job i have ever had, where it was okay to have 1 emplee on site. So dangerous.And for that, i waited 20 mins for a damn sandwich. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! HIRE HIRE HIRE. My 4 year old could do better at managing this place
