Always out of everything, and making it insanely difficult to get a damn sandwich. Ordered online and when I get there they tell me they’re out of EVERYTHING I ordered then refused to refund me my money and said I had to take it up with support in the app, then I asked if they could just sub me for other sandwiches and I get told no. You totally can sub me for another sandwich, it’s not that difficult. Will not be eating here again absolutely ridiculous

Did a mobile order and headed to the store for pickup. My pickup time passed and it still wasn’t marked for ready. Finally went in and my sandwich had been sitting on the assembly line, and they just never marked it as ready but continued to mark other ones complete.I had been sitting outside for 10 minutes. It was completely cold by the time I received it.

Terrible service. Three employees were working. Only one team member was making sandwiches. The other prep girl was in the back messing around like the dead lice was falling off of her, until she came out to help. The mgr or whoever was taking inventory. I guess that was more important too than taking care of the customers. One of our sandwiches was almost burned. And the other didn’t even have the correct meat on it. I will not be going back there.

I had a sandwich made and unfortunately it wasn’t the best so I called and let them know the situation and the shift lead Michael apologized and let me come back and he personally made me a new sandwich. Granted he wasn’t the one who made the mistake but he was quick to correct it and instantly changed my opinion of this particular subway. He’s good at what he does and I appreciate that very much.

Food was acceptable although like anywhere else prices are incredibly high lately.
I ordered through the app for curbside pickup and waited 45 minutes before going inside. Even though i was in the spot marked mobile pickup the employees didn’t think a jeep was an SUV so they left my food there. Didn’t toast sandwich and my lemonade had melted to water. So I guess the moral is don’t go to subway if you drive a jeep
