We have done catering orders from Subway Henryetta 3-4 times and currently one today. Every time they always package everything exactly right for convenience and have done an outstanding job on all of our orders. The only pic I can take is of what’s left!

Made a mobile order for my wife and I and when she got back I noticed our cookies were a mushed mess and cold. They had just apparently came out of the oven but seem very under done. With both my wife’s cookies and my own in the same box we couldn’t pull them apart and my wife does not like white chocolate macadamia. My sandwich was also was barely toasted (not as big of a deal). I decided to go back to the location myself to get it fixed. When I got there, the young girl behind the counter was super pleasant and well mannered but when faced with my problems she was a little argumentative about what the issue could be rather than just fixing the issue or offering to make a fresh batch that was more done. She showed me all the cookies were like that in the case which was true. But she could barely even get them into the bags cause they were so mushy. I decided to just not worry about my sandwich and ask for the cookies in separate bags so we wouldn’t have to worry about our cookies of different flavors sticking again and left. I think it’s a great training opportunity for customer service in this situation. Again, she was super pleasant and it was a calm interaction but simply offering to fix what my issue was in the moment would have went a long way.

We’ve always had amazing service at this location but the young lady working tonight was truly giving her all! She was by herself and it was extremely busy. She went through that line quickly but giving great service and got everything right. Truly a blessing on this snowed in evening.

Walked in and they were mopping but verbally warned us to be careful! the restaurant was SUPER clean and the staff was EXTREMELY friendly!! We didnt get all their names but Gabe specifically was VERY Professional and the whole team was super friendly!!! The food was delicious!!!!!

Will never go here again. Ordered on the app and was told would be ready in 15 minutes. I go to the store 19 minutes later and was told that they got a rush right after my order so I had to wait until the next 10 people in line was served. Really than what is the whole point of your useless app? Naturally I walked out. Good job Henryetta OK Subway I will make sure I let every single person I know just how well you treat repeat customers. Also in the app we prepay so just know I will be contacting your corporate office about this as well.
