Stopped in on my way to Kiefer, OK from Wagoner. The food was hot and made correctly. I used the app to order. I appreciate the fact I can have a vegetarian breakfast that’s cross contamination free, since I’m allergic to pork. However, I do with I could get Chicken or Turkey for a breakfast sandwich with egg.

I wouldn’t ever come here but there’s not many options in Haskell if you’re not looking for something greasy. They are rude and have no idea how to correctly make a subway sandwich. Always hope the next time will be better but apparently the owner and or manager don’t care enough to train their staff properly

I ordered on the app, they messed my sandwich up completely! They gave me the wrong bread for all my sandwiches, they gave me no lettuce, they put pickles on it, and they didn’t put the right ingredients on it at all. I tried calling up there and no answer!

I made an online order. Got home with it and the bread was raw. Completely white. I took it back and the manager told me that’s how all there bread was. We get a meatball sub about once a week. We have never had it like this. I will not be going back until they make changes.

My turn in line to get my food, this lady is rude to me already. It’s okay I don’t think anything of it. The guy is putting the veggies on for my friend in front of me, he starts making it WITH NO GLOVES. NASTY and he doesn’t even put on what she asked. She asked for a cookie and he doesn’t ask what kind he just tries to put one in the bag. It was nasty and stale. AND THEN he didn’t put what my other friend wanted on hers. Next, he drops this persons sandwich on THE GROUND. literally horrible. Another guy walked in to help and he was nice. he remade the sandwich for him and didn’t put what he asked on the sub and made him pay extra. Horrible service.

Workers were friendly and quick with my sandwich. Sandwich was good. But the store could really use some tint on the west windows. Inside was hot and just ordering the sun was beating down on you. Also you could tell the workers were hot. Just an idea for management.

This is by far our favorite Subway. The sandwiches are always spot on. Fresh bread. The guy who works Friday evenings is always friendly and makes the best sandwich s. We love it. We eat dinner here every other friday. Highly recommend it!!!

Came in for a sandwich for my supper on a Monday evening, and enjoyed a nice conversation with sandwich artist, Carol. She was very friendly and helpful, and the sandwich was amazing. My one and only visit to a business in Haskell, despite multiple trips through the town on fishing trips, was to this Subway.
The store is extremely clean, the sandwich that I had was about as close to perfect as Subway can make, and the people are very friendly. I would suggest going to this Subway. Great people….Great sandwiches.
The only negative that I could glean from this business, is that the employees seem to be stressed and overworked. District MGT could probably make some adjustments in deligating employee workload.
Its just my opinion, but I would suggest that your district manager step in and do their job. Your employees seem to be left doing jobs that were meant for regional managers.
