Best Subway I’ve ever been to! Service was 5 star. Tre and Rob were awesome! Tre had excellent customer service. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at any Subway in Muskogee. Hats off to the two young men working. Don’t go anywhere else for Subway in Muskogee!

Just wanted to give 5 stars to the two young men working this evening. They made ordering 4 sandwiches so quick and easy, without making me feel any pressure to go faster. They were polite, efficient, and worked so well together.

I ordered 2 sandwiches in the evening at this location and was surprised that it was labeled with which side of the sandwich had Jalapeños and even more impressive with the taste.
However the next day, I ordered the same 2 sandwiches and was severely disappointed.
I look forward to having a hot sandwich, that’s why I arrived early so it could be right outta the oven, but when I picked it up I noticed it was already cold! Which is crazy cause it takes 5 mins to get there and this type sandwich takes a while to cool down. Which tells me it wasn’t in the oven too long.
The other sandwich was for my kids to share and I had specified to put Jalapeños on only half. Not only were there Jalapeños on the whole sandwich, it wasn’t cut correctly! It was off center, so that 1 side was much larger then the other! Then to top it off, there were no napkins for these 2 messy sandwiches!!

This subways food tastes amazing as always, but idk how many times my sandwich has come out looking like it’s been through war. On another note, the cookies I got this recent time weren’t cooked. They were very soft and doughy.

For a nationally recognized chain, it is not bad. But I do love the fact I can get specific in my meal ordering, and if there is a problem, they will contact me to come up with a solution on the spot. Since my hubby and I do a lot of takeout, we tend to notice the parking lot more than the inside.On those rare occasions, we do see the inside,it is usually well kept up. The staff at our favorite location has always treated us with kindness and respect. In this day and age, those two things go a long way and are appreciated.

Placed my order 30 minutes before closing and showed up 2 minutes before closing because I was following truck going 20 in a 35 for what felt like forever but anyways my sandwiches were ready and the lady was very polite even though I showed up super late. I put double meat and actually got it for once and the sandwiches were extremely good. She also wrote what the sandwich was on the wrapper because I had 3 which was awesome. New favorite location in Muskogee!

Absolutely 0/10 a reported for false advertising. I am from out of town and needed to get to Oklahoma City. I figured I would take the train. This is literally not a Subway for trains! I went in with a small bad an assumed the counter was for refreshments. At the section that says pay here they cashier looked at me like I was a fool for asking for a ticket to OKC. Beware this is a fake subway station!

placed an online order at 12:19 to be picked up at 12:35. got there on time and they hadn’t even started it. told them we’d go to quik trip to grab drinks to give them more time to make them. got back 20 minutes later and our order STILL WASN’T READY!! we waited until 1:10 before requesting our money [$34+] back only to be told the manager wasn’t there and she’d refund our card when she came in. tried calling several times to follow up with our refund and the line was constantly busy!! oh and to top it off the subs were supposed to be buy one get one 50% off and it only took off a little over $3 on 4 subs…that doesn’t even add up needless to say we will not be back to this location.

My favorite subway location in town! The employees are always so pleasant and friendly, and they’ve gotten my sandwiches literally perfect everytime! It doesnt matter if I order 10 sandwiches or just 1, theyve always got them spot on! When I order online my food is always done on time, ready and waiting on me 🙂
