The atmosphere is very different to modern subways, having that older feel that is reminiscent of classic subways, from what I have seen and heard, the place has been under new management, and it looks like they’ll go far. The employees were very generous with ingredient amounts when asked, and were very patient, even when another party entered after me. They also help to inform you if you’re able to save money with certain deals that they have, very helpful and very generous. I normally don’t leave reviews, but the restaurant vs the reviews is abysmally different.

Door dash lunch today. Eating my sandwich when I noticed a hair that was in the tuna. I have tried calling the subway multiple times since finding hair, to inform not to serve the tuna due to hair is in it, the line continues to be busy for over an hour now. If you go to Subway on 32nd-ask if the tuna is fresh.

It’s great when they’re on top of things, but here lately it’s more bad than good. It seems like they are always lacking in management now, and there have been several times where I either have not gotten all of my order or simply have been delivered someone else’s order… Yes, Doordash has some blame in that, however they hand the orders over to the dashers… When you call them for help, it seems like you can never get anywhere.

This store is under new management and it shows. Any of those previous problems are a thing of the past. The manager (Shawn) was super friendly and made me a delicious sandwich with a ton of toppings. I strongly suggest you give this store a 2nd chance and be impressed with the service and food!

The worst run restaurant I have ever seen or experienced. I try not to leave bad reviews, but every visit over the last 2 years, about 12-15 times in total. Each visit has been more awful each time. The staff is short tempered, unfriendly and angry you dared to bother them. This is, of course, aside from the fact the app and the website don’t work, so you have to interact with the staff if you want to order there. They don’t understand basic requests, or questions. This time, I got through 90% of my order when I was told they don’t accept orders over the phone. Since the app and the site don’t work, I given the choice of going in person and ordering there (unpleasant since the staff often struggle to follow verbal requests) or doordashing. Fine. But once there, I find out they don’t have half the items I wanted to order, which. Why couldn’t they tell me over the phone before I wasted my time driving out there. Then they dumped so much pepper on my sandwich there were places I couldn’t see the meat below the literal piles of pepper and salt. I get they were mad they were had to work today but they really didn’t need to take it out on the food. I’m genuinely done with subway and will never order food here again. I don’t understand how they haven’t gone out of business, but I can’t imagine it’s far off if this standard for their business.

Ordered ahead. Took thirty additional minutes after the app said it would be ready. I feel for the doordasher ahead of me who also had a ridiculous wait time. I ordered ahead specifically because i didn’t feel up to waiting… Additionally they were out of jalapeño bread and when informed of their solution (to toast cheese and jalapeño to the outside) i told them i did not want that they ignored my request and it turned out as disappointing as you might expect.

I wont be ordering from this location again. The “sandwich artists” were complaining the entire time about how they are understaffed and have a hard time getting people to show up on time, which i feel for them as well, i just wanted my subs and to go home.

Went in to order, was addressed with “yal gunna have to hang on.”Then proceeded to finish the other customers sandwich, came back and started making online orders while me and a buddy just stand there awkwardly. 7 mins or so our order still hadn’t been taken. Went to braums out front. At least they took our order.

We have gotten an order from here two days in a row. Both days have been large orders and the ladies here are absolutely amazing. They got everything perfect and they were so pleasant and friendly. Both days we had Demetria take our order and help us and I’m just saying she is top notch and deserves a raise. ☺️☺️☺️
