The two ladies behind the counter are very rude and have no customer service. They didn’t receive my online order even though I received an order number. It was lunch time so it was busy, but they were not willing to help at all. I requested the owner/manager number. Do better.

Me and my daughters went to Subway last night for dinner. Walked in to Subway and there were three employees. Two of them were new. I got upset because the lady ringing up my order was new and struggling. The other new employee tried to help her, while the one older employee stood watching, not wanting to help her until I told the older employee that she needs to train not just stand there. The older employee was having the newbies do all of the cleaning while she did. Nothing but make sandwiches.

Our office had 10 unscheduled, out of town, visitors and lunch had not been arranged; at the last minute I was given sandwich orders to obtain and return to the office with before noon. When I arrived at this Subway there were several people already in line, as it was lunchtime. Without missing a beat, the young workers went into action and took care of my 10 orders as well as everyone else that came in to the counter. They were gracious, fast, accurate and professional. Best customer service I’ve had in Pryor, OK in a long time! Thanks to those 3 guys and 1 lady that worked so diligently to help me out yesterday!!!!

Ordered to go gave a good tip. Lady was rude just when asking for recommendations on sandwiches. Our sandwich was toasted for 1 second no alarm I’m sure the toaster oven was cranked to the max because even with that 1 second the sandwich burnt my lips, and bread came out chewy.

I eat at subway very often, this is the 1st time I’ve ever had a problem. I took one bite into my sandwich and the bread was not how it should be. Was like it wasn’t cooked all the way.
I am actually here waiting to get my money back.
I understand that things happen. Not a real big deal just give me back my money because now I feel sick. That would have been to easy. The girl behind the counter acted put out because I complained. Told me it was because of my dressing. I pointed out that there was no dressing on my bread.
She tells me “well it’s going to be about 10 minutes because I need to finish my line and my manager should be here anytime”
She should have been understanding and refunded my money right away.
So after waiting it took her all of 1 minute to refund my money.
I will not visit this Subway again.

My son and I love this Subway it’s so great we get subway atleast 1x a week sometimes more and we love seeing the older lady she is our favorite! She works so hard everytime we go in she’s always working hard! She definitely deserves a raise or something because she is your best worker out of all of them! We probably wouldn’t go if it wasn’t for her!

The young ladies working behind the counter were very unpleasant. Rude only one of them spoke, the one who did the toppings could only eye roll never once asked what we wanted on it or anything.
They were not busy one gentleman in front was all store was empty half of our party of 4 would not even order. Would not recommend this store go to the one in Pryor Wal Mart friendly people.

Man, lemme tell you about this place. I go walkin around town occasionally for 6 hours, I always end the walk with some nice Subway at the end. I get my favorite sandwich and hang out while I think about what happened. Pretty cool, guys. I highly recommend.
