I was driving through Miami, Oklahoma late one evening, around 9 pm, and was shocked to find that nearly all the restaurants were already closed. Traveling with my family, this left us in a tricky spot for dinner. Thankfully, we stumbled upon the Subway. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service we received from James Hatfield, the associate working that night. He went above and beyond to ensure my family had a hot and delicious meal, despite the late hour. His kindness and genuine hospitality were such a welcome surprise and truly saved the day. We were so grateful for his willingness to go the extra mile. If you’re ever in Miami, Oklahoma, and find yourself needing a late dinner, or even just a friendly face, I highly recommend stopping by this Subway. Ordered sandwiches on the app. Got home and my sandwich had no meat or cheese on it. Called back and the kid who I talked to was extremely rude and basically told me I was a lier. I will never go there again.

Ordered turkey in American Sandwich with all the vegetables with mayonnaise and ranch. When I actually got the sandwich it had mayonnaise and mustard on it and they toasted it which I asked her not too when we ordered one of the sandwiches we ordered was a steak with cheese and nothing on it. Just a little bit of mayonnaise and she wanted to put chipotle on it and said well it’s your sandwich not mine. we know!

I get if your on a break or talking to a potential employee but when your behind the counter taking to someone while one guy is doing four sandwiches and you just watch while doing the cash register that’s frankly unprofessional. One customer in the store with a big order fine but three customers waiting for one employee to get to all of them while you’re just talking and laughing with someone who’s not ordering that’s crap. Maybe there’s other things happening but at least try to help instead ignoring the people waiting to get food from your job.

The food… it’s Subway, so nothing too great, but the service? They are great. Overall amazing service and awesome atmosphere because of it. Even though I’m just passing through, this is a great place.
