There was no friendly customer service. The lady kept getting agitated cause my mother who is older was not goin fast enough for her.

Went to see about employment and the woman cut me off. Rudely too! Said whoa wait I’m not the manager. Could’ve chose other words and waited for me to stop talking. Only one in there too. I need a job but I couldn’t work with someone so rude. Didn’t even greet the other customers or myself. Red head done got an attitude.

The food was good. Unfortunately my order (out of 4 people dining) was wrong. But the female employee who made it said she was sorry. Then the male employee told her that she needed to make me the right sandwich and she did. They weren’t busy. We were the only people there until when we were almost finished ordering, another diner came in.

There were several people in line. The employee was friendly and working very hard to me the needs of the customers. My wife and I decided to go somewhere else to eat because the employee who was making the sandwiches was also working the register. She was handling money and then immediately returning to the food station and handling food without changing gloves. I understand it would be a terrible burden to have to wash hands or at the very least, re-glove but still, proper hygiene in the food service business is important.

VERY UPSET!!!! I worked a 12 hour shift and went to pick up a couple subs Saturday night 10/1/2022 and they closed AT LEAST 10 minutes EARLY!!! I pulled in at 7:48
Then to top it off was laughed at by the employees that they were closed! I’ve been in food my WHOLE life until now … THAT’S UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Subway in Jay is a quaint little place just east of the courthouse square on the south side of the highway. The employees always have a smile on and are ready to build you an awesome sub. The place is clean and smells like fresh baked bread.
My wife and I are big fans of chicken salad. But it’s rare that they have it. I’m not sure why they only carry it at certain times.
Overall good experience with no problems. Jay Subway check them out.

Barry employees are friendly we go here almost every 3 days 4 days for lunch there sandwiches are beautiful the employee are really friendly and helpful and they get your order right the first time no mistake
