When I got here the app said they were making my food. I went to the bathroom went back outside and they still weren’t making my food. There was 1 person in line when I got here. By the time I got out of bathroom they were sitting down eating. I’m sitting here now watching 1 person go to take a break leaving 1 person to make food and now there is a line and I was in front of all these people. They push the app off till last. I ordered a head of time so I wouldn’t have to wait.

Veggie Patty?? This subway was great!! Super nice manager, im a vegetarian so i wanted a veggie patty but the employee didn’t know if they had any so she said no but the manager said they have some, she said they keep them in the back because there arnt that many vegetarian people so if you want a veggie patty n the employee doesn’t know just tell them they are in the freezer on top they always have them just in the freezer, so thank you manager☺️

When I walked over, the employees stared at me like they were upset that I have come in to order, (which like all retail workers do that part I didn’t really care about)while they were eating whatever they were eating. The girl locked eyes with me as she proceeded to suck her fingers to get the chips dust off. She then put on gloves (didn’t even attempt to pretend to wash her hands). while the boy put in his gloves without washing his hands as well. With his gloves on, he put his phone on the back counter between the toaster and the oven, and touched the screen a few times.and then proceeded to not change his gloves to finish my sandwich. Overall, I felt pretty damn disgusted. I needed up tossing the sandwich. I would just like this to get address because those employees are going to get people sick since they don’t believe in basic hygiene when handling food.

Just keep driving. Don’t stop here please. They are always rude, always hateful, and always so slow. Any online order takes about 45 minutes, no matter the size. And they’re always out of everything. Just not a good experience. Vinita location much better

This Subway is inside the Buffalo Ranch. The people are usually nice and pleasant. Sometimes they are low on bread, they always have more cooking. I have not had any of our subs made wrong..

When you go in 20 minutes before they close and the employees are so lazy they won’t even make a sandwich for you, maybe start closing at 9 instead. They can’t handle making sandwiches til 10. That’s just too damn hard
