Phil supposed general manager laughed at me when my order didnt go through and I was charged anyways and said my money got given to him and they wouldn’t make my meal. I sat for an hour on the phone with my card issuer while he left and then came back to be even more ignorant and disrespectful. He arrived back and started yelling at my car asking if everything was alright knowing we had already talked to him and it was not. Then took me into the store complaining how he could show the order didnt go through. He stood at the register asking if every single order they had recieved since 1:57pm was me while we BOTH KNEW it wasnt. Did not answer my question as to why his staff could not give me his name when I asked who the manager was. Asked me if I called the 800 number then I explained that the 800 number said that STORE STAFF needed to simply use the IT function on the 800 number to verify my order if my transaction history was not enough. Was too lazy to do this just like his staff was and told his staff to finally after over an hour and a half just make my singular sandwich.

Subway needs to reconsider their franchise contract with the owner. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful to his employees. He screams at his employees in front of customers. Smells like marijuana in the back of the establishment. Sad to see this place go down hill.

They were reusing a stack of dirty paper to make new sandwiches on. They were just knocking off the old sauces and condiments and keeping them in a stack to use later. I watched them pull the dirtiest one off the stack and atempt to make my sandwich on it .I asked about it, because it’s disgusting, and the manager started arguing with me instead of just using a new paper. I left and for some reason the rest of my coworkers stayed. Then he continued to talk trash about me to everyone . This was nuts

The guy made the customer behind me sandwich first. I had alreadbeen waiting too long. So by the time I payed I didn’t have time to finish eating my lunch before I had to go back. The other ladies could have beekeeping me & other customers but wete just waisting time.

The only reason I dont give this one a 5 is because rn there is a white lady that works there and she was complaining about a heavy workload to her coworker, a young black gentleman, who was doing prep work for the night shift. It was only me and one other person in the store and she was essentially trying to argue with her coworker in front if us making that experience awkward. I never have issues with the black gentleman either.
