I don’t typically write reviews but I had to today. I had the best experience I have ever had at a subway (and I really love subway). Leisa and Madison were just so kind and had wonderful customer service. I can really tell that Leisa takes pride in her work. Usually when I go to other subways you can tell that the workers are just trying to throw your sandwich together and get you out of there as fast as they can. Not Leisa, she is the true definition of a “sandwich artist”. She made sure that our subs were put together with such detail. She even cut my cucumbers into quarters. We left saying that this is our new subway location every week. Those girls deserve all the praise and a raise.

Great location. Little bit of a line people getting subs and it went quickly this team works well together. 4 or 5 working line. Very clean store. Great looking subs being made before me. When I ordered my sub and a bowl this young lady actually cut up my meat for me cut up my vegetables that were large gave me good choices and I’m super pleased with the service. Five stars as an understatement for this location at this visit. I will definitely return to this Subway.

Place was absolutely slammed, 2 employees; they were killing it. Kind and quick, one of them clearly newer but they were supporting each other and keeping a great attitude. Then I get to the register, look up and see a sign that says “Attention if you have time to lean you have time to clean” the amount of disrespect these awesome employees are having to deal with, and the owner is making them explain to college students they don’t take subway coupons. I bet turn over is INSANE. 1 star for management, 5 stars for staff.

The experience I had with Leisa at the 11th street subway was above and beyond my expectations.
She handled many orders with poise and care. She is very professional and brings a great energy to every order. If asked, she will give recommendations that will knock your socks off, but otherwise you’re getting it YOUR way.
It was, without a doubt, the best Subway sandwich I had ever had. Normally, I skip Subway for other options, but Leisa’s kindness and skills convinced me that there is one Subway I will still patronize: her store.

A little dicey area. The store wasn’t very clean and there was only one person working. I felt really bad for him even though he was really slow to put our sandwiches together. I think he was a new employee, which makes the fact that he was the only one there even worse. I just couldn’t believe the experience we had here. The Subway’s I’m used to have brought me to expect more. He was trying his best, but again, there was just one of him.

Most of the time I can get a pretty decent sandwich. Although I got uncooked, inedible bread here before as well. Unfortunately, I have to be one of those customers that asks to see the bread before they make my sandwich now. It has helped to just keep an eye on the process!

So I went to the Subway on 11th street by TU, to try to use my coupon that I had. I was inform by the worker that, this location doesn’t accept subways coupons. I was pissed off, because that unacceptable. I will no longer go to this subway! Because if you have a coupon, you should be able to use it at any subway. And she also for me, there’s a couple other locations that is like this as well

This subway across from TU is always so good. The veggies are fresh, and the staff are always friendly and efficient. They made our foot long cookie fresh and it was so warm and delicious!
