I get people have bad days, however, HOLY HELL. cussing, claiming you “hate OSU kids”, throwing the Parmesan tray (lids too, unsanitary) slamming ovens, THROWING MY FOOD DOWN IN FRONT OF ME? Listen, at that big age, temper tantrums are no longer acceptable. I work customer service as well and would never even imagine acting so absolutely insane, especially in front of customers. This place really needs to look into their cameras (if any) and start having some kind of action done. Never in my life have I witnessed something so childish and absurd from a worker. My food was drenched in sauce (to the point it was inedible) and the other sandwich was 80% cheese. Do better, man.

Food is good if eating all at once. If you get a footlong and plan to eat half today and half tomorrow the bread always gets soggy.

I don’t know what the issue was. The older lady was completely rude, I understand if you’re busy but it would be nice if she was nicer to the customers. I asked her for something politely and she snapped back at me and said “you need to give her a minute” she assumed I was asking the younger lady the question when I wasn’t. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years and I know what’s it like, so that response was uncalled for. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but that was uncalled for.

Went in there and the two employees didn’t even acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Decided to go to the other store in Stillwater and as I was walking out, one of the employees finally acknowledged me and said “have a nice day”. Very weird experience.

I didn’t catch their names- but the ladies working today (6/23) were such a delight! I always come in with complicated orders for multiple people and they always get it spot on! They always have the best attitudes and make the process so streamline. The manager also seems to really care about her employees- can’t praise them enough!

Walked in today to get my son and I some lunch and there was one employee working in the building I didn’t get her name but it was morning shift on a Thursday. she was doing her best to keep up with the constant orders and was doing a AMAZING job I mainly just came to brag on her she stayed positive even when I could tell it was getting over wheming with online orders and lunch time rush and on top of that our food was amazing. Subway you should never have just one employee on a shift that’s not right she was doing the work of at least three employees.. GIVE HER A RAISE! And hire more people.

Second time I’ve been to this location and I’m convinced they hire the “rejects” here. Three employees working. No customers inside. I never got acknowledged as I stood right in front of them… they continued to gossip about another employee that wasn’t there. While the two girls were talking away the one guy making a sandwich was legit putting one olive on the sandwich at a time.(assuming it was a pick up order) But I bet they all want to be paid more for what they “do”. Worst experience and I won’t be back to this location.
