Salad was OK. That is all.
Really not great customer service. No offer to chop salad. Whole thing seemed like an inconvenience. Ice machine was not working. Was told to just stand there a while and just keep trying it….finally told I could just get a bottle out of the cooler. Sometimes you just want a fountain drink.
Won’t be back. $12 for a salad and (ultimately) a bottle of water….

Bowl of lettuce when I ordered a chicken BACON ranch salad. It came with NO BACON and NO RANCH. I mean, it says the ingredients IN THE NAME! The lettuce was nearly frozen, so maybe some refrigeration issues?? And no croutons at all. How can you possibly have a CHICKEN BACON RANCH SALAD with NO BACON and NO RANCH and NO CROUTONS??? #DoorDashed I always check and watch as they make the order. I will not use DD for anything with Subway again. Subway doesn’t care, and DD isn’t there to watch the process.

This subway is AWFUL!!! My husband ordered online and I went to pick it up on my way home from work. The two boy children that gave my our sandwiches were moving slow as sloths putting them in bags and stickers on the bag. Then I get home and my sandwich is horrible. Bread is burnt and hard as a rock, barely any tuna on it at all, very thin layer, they didn’t add black olives which is my favorite part, it was just absolutely horrible. The owners and management must really not care about this store or how they represent their company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Will NOT be going to any subway anymore, will be going to Capriotti’s from now on!!!

I like Subway but this store really has some staff issues. I ordered via the mobile app at 6:30pm. It says it will be ready at 6:50pm which to me seems like more than enough time to assemble a sandwich. We’ll I show up at 6:55pm and they haven’t even started making it yet. So I don’t end up getting my sandwich till 7:05pm. Not expecting Jimmy John’s here but I can’t justify waiting 45min for a sandwich. Not to mention it was toasted to a crisp. The whole thing was crunchy.

absolutely horrendous. i’ve never had a problem with a curbside pickup at any other subway location but once i arrived at the store and it said my order was ready, i waited nearly half an hour for someone to bring out my food. i noticed the store was rather busy but there was a guy just standing behind the counter doing nothing and 30 mins is insane to wait for pickup lol. especially when they told the app my order was ready. then i get home and one of the sandwiches is nothing like what i ordered.

Bad customer service asked about a certain thing about subway she said I don’t know. Not very friendly at all shredded cheese was mixed with the lettuce, the eggs were still there from 8am today the tomatoes didn’t look quite right the bread I had for my sandwichwas partly hard. The floor behind were the food didn’t look like it had been swept in a while. I would not highly recommend this subway

Went because I had placed an order online. They were outside smoking a joint. Which I don’t have a problem with. But I have them some more time went away 30 minutes later went back sorry your order hasn’t been made yet. Okay? So I sit and wait finally they get my order made. All 3 sandwiches on turkey bacon hardly any meat. Pizza sub. More like marinara veggie sandwich. And the Philly sandwich 95% ranch mayo and bread and 4% veggies and 1% meat. Sorry but this place is a no from me

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order and waited in line for over 30 minutes. When I got to the counter, I showed my order number to one of the employees, who walked to the back to “call the manager.” The manager informed me that I needed to wait until exactly 4:00 PM to receive my order. I returned at 4:15 PM only to find out my order hadn’t even been started.
One of the employees then claimed my order was “false” and made a comment that my last name was in the first name field as if that somehow justified the mess. What a joke. The dismissive attitude, smirks, and lack of professionalism from these teenage employees were incredibly disappointing.
I’m normally a very patient and generous person, but this experience was unacceptable. Poor service, no accountability, and zero respect for customer time.

Rudest service you could ever have specially people in there that you don’t like yeah messed up my order several times that’s the place I will never eat again in Sapulpa and the manager don’t know what she’s doing have time she’s on her phone and they can’t tell you that they’re toasters down. Yeah, most stupidest place in town.
