Went into the sapulpa Walmart to pick up a few items today with my husband, decided to pop in for some subway for an easy lunch at around noon. That has been by far the best sandwich we’ve had from this subway in a very long time. The lady (very sorry & unfortunate I didn’t get her name bc she deserves some recognition) seemed very tired, I presume from callouts from the snow; but she was incredibly sweet & attentive. Washed her hands before gloving & preparing our food (a rare occurrence for this location ngl,) and didn’t make us feel like we were ordering too much. I like a lot of veggies toppings, always get a glare when “it’s taking too long.” Didn’t happen this time, and I appreciated it! Behind the counter looked clean & recently wiped down. The lobby could’ve used a little bit more, but they seem understaffed & it’s a Walmart; let’s be fair lol. Everything looked & tasted fresh. If you happen to read this Blonde cashier, thank you & I wish I would’ve gotten your name! The right employees make the biggest difference!

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in to pick up my order that I ordered 45 mins ago. No one else in the lobby. No other call in’s. I walked up. Told her who I was while she was busy talking on her phone. She goes back into the back, so I ran and grabbed a few things. Maybe gone 10 mins. Come back and she said I’m about to start making your order (while still talking on her cell). I Very rude, attitude, smart mouth. I def won’t be spending money back at this place.

By far the worst subway service I have ever received. The guy said they didn’t have bread and that there was just four left. I ordered two but he pretended to not hear me. Then I asked for chicken, he disappeared in the back for five minutes “finding chicken”. When he came back he helped the guy behind me. Completed his chicken sandwich while I waited. Then he told me they were out of cheese. Then out of spinach. I had been waiting there now 15 minutes. The middle aged woman with blonde hair just stood there and kept spraying 4 pieces of bread dough with a water bottle and saying “it’s coming guys” (her kid was at the table behind the counter with her). Never have I ever had this type of ridiculous, disrespectful and disgusting service experience in my life. Ever. If I could give negative stars I would. Shame and a disgrace to Subway.

Got 2 subs yesterday. Immediately when I walked in the lady looked at me then went back to talking to another lady that was standing away from the counter with some kids.. not ordering. As soon as she began taking my order the lady left. Asked for flatbread, the lady informed me they no longer had flatbread but I could go the one on Main Street for it. I asked about other soft bread options, she said they have tortillas.
I decided on Italian herbs and cheese for my chicken bacon ranch sandwich. She didn’t ask what kind of cheese and just put a bunch of shredded cheese on it, I shrugged it off. The entire time she was talking to her coworker and before putting my second sandwich in the little oven she left to the back without saying a word.. I also got a steak and cheese sandwich. I added my “fixings” and when they rang me up the total was over $28.
I was really confused as to how just 2 sandwiches were almost $30. The service was below standard, which I never expect much from this place anyways. I don’t recommend.

My sandwich was.wrapped in this disgusting, dirty paper. It looks like dried blood from meat or something. I opened it not too long after getting it and it was so disgusting.
My other sandwiches I ordered were not on dirty paper but this one was.

FOOTLONG Steak and cheese sub, with spinach, bellpepper and black olives. Where’s the steak.. The lady making my sandwich went on to ask if I would like to deluxe my meal for $1.50 for 50% more meat as she was asking me she’s shaking the scoop of steak saying if I don’t deluxe it this is how much I’ll get, by the time she was done talking there was less than half the scoop full of steak. I showed I was disappointed in the amount of steak that was in the scoop and she stood her ground saying i get 2 scoops with that much in it. Maybe my eyes were playing games so I went ahead and said do it regularly, no deluxe. She throws the steak on and I realized nothing was wrong with my eyes. Thanks M. for THE $10 bread and spinach sub.

Horrible location. Kids can’t even make sandwiches right. Came in for an egg and cheese, built the sandwich, eggs ice cold. I patiently wait in line. They say they don’t know how to give refunds and remake the sandwich. Twice I tell them to heat the eggs, all the ignorant kid does is make the same sandwich and doesn’t even apologize.
