Raymond and Ren are amazing! Every time I go in, I’m helped by Raymond, a young man who is always professional, polite, and incredibly sweet. You truly need more people like him.
Ren, the manager, has made a huge positive change at this Subway®. I stopped coming here for a couple of years because it was a horrible experience, but since Ren took over—and with Raymond working there—this place has completely turned around.
They make an amazing team. Keep up the great work, Raymond and Ren! You’ve both done a fantastic job at this Subway®

First time I ordered here it was good. Second time I ordered the same sub, the sub was cold and tasted a bit different. Probably wont be ordering again

After getting off a long of work day my wife kindly asked to make it easy and grab a sub and a salad. After waiting in line 30 min for 2 cars I gave the “Order Taker” my salad order that my wife specifically texted. The “order taker” came to the window 5 times to make sure it was correct. I continued on with my sandwich order. The “sandwich maker” continued to come back to the window 5 more times to confirm. See pictures for the rest. Why is this location still open? … trash. Furthermore when we called to complain it took 8 tries to get somebody on the phone and they said “our phones are not working. We can’t hear you” and hung up tried this 3 times with the same response. Also did not have pepperoni ordered at all.. trash

This new manager needs to go and so do the staff. This place used to be my go to but idk why but lately every time I order something the bread is wrong. I mean it’s either not cooked properly or isn’t left enough to rise properly. It comes looking pale and super thin.
When I try to call and talk about it, no one ever picks up the phone. I just don’t recommend going here anymore. This was my last time going here. Will try again in the future and hopefully it gets better. The bread just looks gross. As far as taste it’s ok but just not the bread texture and fluffiness you expect.

Waited for a mobile order for 20 minutes. Only 1 worker trying to do everything. She didn’t greet me until after 15 min. She was busy management needs to do better

I went into the store around 8:30 this evening, no one else in the store and two cars in the drive through. Erin was working her butt off trying to complete the drive through order, online orders, and me. While her coworker (not wearing name tag) walked around the store acting like she was looking for something that wasn’t there. She then disappeared from the floor and refused to help Erin. Didn’t even ask if she could help in any way when she saw her struggling and customers waiting. When she finally came back she stood there acting like she didn’t know how to do her job. Completely unhelpful. However, Erin was amazing, kind, and polite no matter what.

Very cramped place I’m glad that there were not any customers in there at the time I went to order. The lead or manager was a bit brass while the other two workers were pleasant. I ordered three sandwiches, and common sense would say to label them since the wrapping is the same… I had to ask.

The manager is more concerned about someone taking a free water cup (or .50) than about the cleanliness of the resturaunt. I am not sure how this company passes the health inspection. It is gross! Also the manager called the cops on my autistic son who frequently stops by after work for taking a water cup. Yes you read that correctly. When they decided to kick him out for no reason he pulled up the corporate website and policy in which they called the cops. The officer also agreed that this was extremely minor- yet they wanted full charges brought on a 15 year old. I wish they cared more about their store, quality of food and culture than the ego of the manager.

Never dealt with clueless employees like this in my entire life. Placed a mobile order, came in 40 minutes before to let them know because it was cookies, I leave and then arrive closer to the time. They can’t find the order and then find it but don’t have enough cookies, (almost like that’s the WHOLE POINT of a mobile order). I was upset because I had to wait longer than my pickup time and the employee NICK told me “you should call the store before you come in next time so it’s ready”. I literally was in disbelief because I came in 40 minutes early and placed a mobile order, I had no words to say because he couldn’t comprehend the idea of a mobile order. The woman manager was talking bad behind the wall and never joined the conversation. I could hear her talking badly but she didn’t have anything to say when I called her out, do better and hire competent employees.

This star goes to the only employee there today. She was all by herself with no help. I went during lunch hour and she rocked it. I felt bad for her because she there was no help to be there. If Subway doesn’t care about their employees they should shut down this girl deserves a raise.
