Went in today. Gentleman serving us was on day 3 of the job. There was a lady in the back looked like management who wasn’t helping him at all. He had to keep asking for help. My sandwich sat in the toaster and she said to him “are you letting a sandwich burn” instead of going over to it and helping him out. Two more customers came in and another worker came in and both women sat in the back on there phones sipping there sonic drinks. The manager at one point was talking on the phone to someone while out in public view and didn’t see either lady was there hands. Absolute horrible management! If you decide to go in and there’s a gentleman taking your order please patient and kind with him since he’s the only one really working and he barley knows how to do the job.

When the employees are being so loud that I can’t even hear the person taking my order, something’s wrong. Worst subway ever, I’d rather drive 20 miles out of my way. On top of all that they wouldn’t even let me switch out a condiment for something else, nor did they decided to have sweet tea on the shelf, but they for sure will have 6 employees talking in the front!

Absolutely the worst customer service. I called in because they made a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with what looked like tuna and tasted absolutely disgusting. The EMPLOYEE on the phone stated there was no manager on duty and continued to argue with me. After I said I’m not going to argue with an employee I need the manager to call me back he abruptly hung up on me.

Horrible customer service.
I made a mobile order and was waiting in the store for them to finish my sandwiches.
Other people walked in and instead of finishing my order, they put my food aside and started the walk-in’s’ order.
I was told I would have to wait. My order was not completed when it said it would be.
Very very poor customer service on top of the ridiculous wait time!
I will Never order here again!!

If possible I would have left negative 5 stars my family and I arrived at 9:15 to get sandwiches and there was 2 employees a guy and a young girl the girl made our sandwiches and had attitude from the minute we walked in and anyone else who walked in was greeted with a welcome in with, full annoyance I get it, it has been along day she could of been tired we all have those kind of days but everytime she said anything or asked what we wanted on our sandwiches was straight attitude I had to walk out and let my husband come in and finish the order I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN NO WONDER IT HAS SUCH A LOW REVIEW

I ordered my sandwich that was supposed to be ready at 11:00 am. Went in to get it and it went to my car. My sandwich was really cold and I walked back in to tell the employees that it was supposed to be toasted because I didn’t think it was because of how cold it was. The redheaded lady rudely said that it was toasted and that if it was cold that it’s because it was sitting on the counter for 30 minutes as if I should’ve been there 30 minutes earlier when it was supposed to be ready at 11:00 am and I went in just after 11:00 to get it. I’m not necessarily expecting an apology but seriously what the heck was that? No offer to fix it or anything. Very unprofessional way to act as an employee. I used to have the same job and never treated anyone that way. There should have been a solution offered to fix the problem. That’s the first step to problem solving. I didn’t eat the sandwich because of how cold and nasty it had become by the time I got it.

Worst customer service! There were two girls working and did not greet me when I came in. The lady making my sandwich had the worst attitude like if she didn’t want to be there. I don’t know what it is with Owasso Subways! Horrible service all the time. I guess I will continue to eat at the subways in Tulsa. Hire people that actually want to interact with people!!!

Every single time I go there, there is something wrong with my order and no one seems to care. I’ve given this location enough chances and I’m just over it. Don’t bother ordering extra meat or guacamole because you won’t get it.

I walked in and the entire place was a mess but rather than cleaning anything, the workers were just sitting in the back on their phones, after walking in he didn’t stand up and come greet us he waited until we were all the way up to the counter, then he stood up acting as if we were the biggest inconvenience ever, and didn’t say anything he just walked up and stared at us, while he was making our sandwiches we had to repeat ourselves ten times even after telling him what kind of sandwiches we wanted, he shoved everything on the sandwiches and didn’t even fold them before wrapping so it just became i giant mess all over the place, he also didn’t cut any of my sandwiches which made it even worse of a mess when I pulled them out, I will never return to this location again, y’all go to the subway on 76th street!
