My son just had the worst experience. Not only did he order his food online 45 minutes before he could pick it up, but it wasn’t ready and then they said they couldn’t get an online order ready when only one person is working. My son said there were two people working. They also forgot his drink. And when I called in to ask about what happened and explain the missing drink, the phone was picked up…nobody there and then it was left off the hook so when I called back it was busy signal going on 10 minutes now. Terrible customer service.

This place is a dump. The staff are so slow and the restaurant is disgusting. We waited over 30 minutes for three subs. I have tried them several times thinking they are having an “off” day. They don’t apologize for taking too long or overcharging you. Jobe one of the employees is the slowest and horrible at his job. Also don’t go through the drive through they act like you’re invisible. Please don’t waist your time or money going to this Subway.

The young girls working here did not know anything. The one making my Philly Cheesesteak, didn’t even know what went on the sandwich. Their sandwiches were over priced as well. Don’t waste your time here.

I posted this on the Oologah Community page & in less than 20 hours have 245 likes or loves.
“A big “Great Job” shout out to the Oolagah Subway female employee working Tuesday, November 29 around 3pm. She was the only employee working at the time. I had placed an online order & when I arrived to pick it up, the front & side parking was full & I was the 3rd vehicle in the drive thru, definitely not the norm. When I got to the window, I could see a huge crowd of young customers inside waiting in line; I’m guessing 15 or more, probably high school age. She was making sandwiches as quick as she could, never appearing flustered or frustrated. Her boss arrived as she was finishing the last of the inside orders. When she delivered my sandwiches, she apologized profusely for my wait. I appreciated her apology & assured her I completely understood & it was not a big deal. She handled that rush of young people’s orders with grace & professionalism & delivered my order just as I ordered & with a smile. Not everyone would have responded to that magnitude of influx at one time the way she did. She is a valuable employee, a definite keeper, at Oologah Subway. In my opinion, management potential in the making. ”

“Basically the whole boys high school basketball team was in there, and she made 14/15 sandwiches without getting irritated or anything. Helped every single one of us with professionalism. Definitely big props to her!”
“ Hands down they have had some of the BEST employees there. I live in Collinsville but only go to Oolagah Subway. Attitude is EVERYTHING… and every individual I’ve encountered there has had the best customer service in the business.”
