The staff in there is so much better than it use to be, granted I have not been in there in a while do mostly to not very good service. The two young gentlemen were a breathe of air. Both were super kind, thoughtful, very polite and understanding. I usually don’t tip at subway mostly because I don’t know if it’s a thing people do there or not but I tipped them both so fast didnt want to miss an opportunity to show gratitude.Definitely going back more often!

The guy was reluctant to replace Tuna even though it was dirty and contaminated. But I was persistent until he replaced. I don’t understand why people like him don’t want to listen to the customers when serving. Leave the job if you can’t do it properly.

Ashley made a great lunch, had an older lady trying to tell her she couldn’t add bacon on my wrap, but yet it says bacon is a add on for a extra price.
Ashley continued my meal and did a great job. Hopefully the other employee gets better training before trying to tell someone else how to do stuff the wrong way. Thanks Ashley!

You really need to get a new manager at your Nowata he’s very rude he talks badly to his employees right in front of customers every time I’m there they’re out of something this is the only healthy restaurant in Nowata that’s halfway healthy and this man seems like he can’t get it together and then he’s screaming at me that we’re out of things like turkey and provolone just heard I ordered it he is very rude and even though this is the only healthy place in town that I can come I will have to keep coming back here and I hope to God I see him gone one day cuz he is not management material he is rude and incompetent

My wrap and child’s sandwich were made great and perfect. My husband has a complaint tho. He said a employee named Lewis messed up his wrap, made it backwards started with the veggies then laid over the meat. He was not happy. Employee acted like he knew what he was doing but could tell he didnt know anything.

I wish every subway was this good!!! Most subways are not professional and look like they are run by tired children with one employee doing all the work but this place blew me away with their efficiency and friendly workers as well as the food. This place is what the brand should be striving for.

The manager and the two young boys were very pleasant. Gloria on the other hand, I recognize her as an efficient, hard worker that gets stuff done, but it wouldn’t kill her to lighten up a bit. One of the teenage boys was clearly uncomfortable and afriad of her. She doesn’t even greet customers, just a stern “what type of bread?” When I was done with my purchase I even said, “Bye Gloria, I hope you have a great day”. She just have me a death stare. Haha! Alrighty-then! Maybe she’s just bitter that she’s working and not at the family Memorial Day cookout. Either way, life is short and it seems as if she’s already lived half of her. Lighten up, smile, enjoy the small things, or as Judy would say, “choose joy”. #pimpinjoy Other than Grumpy Gloria’s personality everything was great!
