I would leave more details but the last three times I went to get a sandwich. I walked out empty-handed a woman working there refused to give me the cheese bread said it wasn’t ready and it was sitting on a tray for the 20 minutes. I was there waiting till my turn came But she said it’d be another 20 minutes before it was ready and the time before that they were just so slow I got tired of waiting and the time before that they had no bread. I think the woman don’t wanna work. I won’t go Back. Third times a charm so they say there won’t be a fourth.

Always say theyre out of meatballs because they dont want to warm any up. Employees are always rude. I drive to Sand Springs to get subway and live only 2 min away from the Mannford one

Mannford Subway now hides their meat from view. I got a tuna bowl…full of lettuce with only 1 scoop of tuna. On the sandwich I asked to toast it…she toasted it closed and refused to toast it again open. Server appeared to be disgruntled because she was at work…good bye Mannford Subway, you’ve lost a loyal customer…came home added a can of tuna and NOW…I have to dig thru it and actually slice the darn bell peppers!!!

This has been my standard lunch place on Wednesdays for the past year but today’s experience may end that. The reason I order on line is so that I don’t have to stand in line. Well, I had to today. The sandwich was 15 minutes past the promise time. Also, I found out that their app quit offering bottled drinks on line so I had to wait in line for that. Sonic is right down the street so I think I may switch.

This place could of been easily robbed leaving the employee only door wide open by the entrance with only 1 slow employee working on a busy weekend. Why they scheduled that makes no sense to me. They was out of almost everything and the wait was long because the short Burnette woman working moved so slow and tried to make every sandwich picture prefect. It was stuffy and dusty so I didn’t dare try to use the restroom there. I ended up leaving before could order after a 40 minute wait to finding that she was out of the sandwiches I was craving. How can you be a sandwich shop and not have any turkey. You don’t take half of the discounts or coupons. Now you are running out of cuts of meat that are a staple of yoir menu. Get your act together management/ownership. Your staff are the individuals that have tondeal with your idiotic ordering decisions.

Thankfully the inside got some rennovation done, but it seems like the people who were contracted to do the floor left and never came back for months. Is that Subways fault? Perhaps not. It’s pretty common for some other flippantly incompetent or poor planning done around Mannford and people taking advantage of this town. Is the food good? It is definitely fresh Subway quality, which is great. However, this is the second time I have gotten a sandwich that tasted like soap and they didn’t answer the phone. As much as I am glad they have hygiene, I can’t tell if it’s their gloves or if they simply don’t dry the pans well enough, or if they actually wash the produce with dish and hand-soap, which is genuinely a Subway procedure issue with the equipment the ladies are given, or just sudsy pans. Either way, I hope the next sandwhich doesn’t taste like I bit in to the mop bucket. It might actually be the bread.
