This used to be a wonderful place with the old manager, but the person named faith is a horrible customer service.She’s rude , she overcharges you for stuff you order a chicken , bacon , ranch , and she charges you extra for the bacon. And she threatens her customers. It’s sad how far this place has gone down since she started working here i’ve been coming here for 2 years.And this was my favorite place to come till now faith also tried to accuse me of theft for picking up my coworkers order that I had proof of. And on top of all of that , she was rude when I asked her to change her gloves , because I have a fish allergy and she was dealing with tuna

Tell your employees not to stand in front of the entrance smoking pot. Date 2/8/26 Time 4:45. I don’t mind people that smoke but I think it’s unprofessional to stand in front of the entrance doing it so customers have to walk through it plus they were in the way of the entrance.

This is the BEST Subway! Great sandwiches and staff. Mngr is friendly and always gets my order right. Dine in for me and hubby. Clean, not too busy, and Christian music. Comfortable relaxing environment. Highly recommended. Ck around for coupons.

Everyone is very nice and the food is good but the employees are extremely slow and don’t seem to care that you have a short lunch break. 3 people were working and it took 20 mins to get my food and only 2 people in front of me. Very frustrating.

Around aug-24th 8pm After work, i came into this subway just to get a footlong cold cut sub. Only for this weird & unfriendly kinda young black dude to serve me. Most uncomfortable experience there ever! So far.. i was kinda in a hurry but not rushing, but he was taking his sweet time like he didn’t give a dam, and the section that night to have the tomatoes go on the subs looked like they were looking all spoiled and rotten almost. All shriveled up & half way dried & stuff..like please! Get some fresh tomato slices!. I told him what i thought and he didn’t seem to give a crap. BTW I am also African American in my late 40’s so don’t think this was racially motivated or bogus. And on top his little friends was popping in to chit chat with him right when it was me in the middle trying to get my food & leave . Everything about that night was so unprofessional. I wouldn’t tell you its all like that, all the time cause most time when i visit? It’s very pleasant there getting my food and going.. but nah, not this time?, y’all talking that L .

Date is 5/17, time is 6:59. I add that because the customer service from one employee was atrocious. Didn’t have a name tag on so I can’t include his name, curly hair. Anyways, had attitude with every single person in line trying to order. Had a very negative persona about him. Zero stars for him. 5 stars for Clarissa though! She was friendly and respectful.

Driving for uber. Came in over an hour before close and the girl was sitting down with some random people eating and told me my order was on the shelf and that it was ready. She had forgotten the drinks and my customer was upset. If she had time to do whatever she was doing then she could’ve made the drinks.

Honestly, I’m shocked, reading these reviews, to see that no one has complained about the bread being hard as a rock. It is NOT fresh, EVER. And I don’t get my sandwiches toasted so my bread should be soft. I don’t mean a little bit either. I can tap my finger nails on the bread and it sounds like I’m tapping a piece of cardboard. WHY?!?!? What’s going on here? This place has horible management/employees.
