About 20 minutes ago (approximately 7 PM 11/29/25 in case you wanna check cameras to see for yourself) my fiancé and I approached the counter.
We were greeted about 45 seconds later after the lady at the register finally looked up from her phone. She said hello and then went back to messing around on her phone. As she was doing this, she had her T-shirt in her mouth and was sucking on it the entire time.
About two minutes later, she put her phone down on the cutting board and started touching the cutting board with her unwashed hands and told us that her register not operational at this time. HAHA no worries wouldn’t have wanted to eat here anyways after that performance.

Convenient location in Walmart and the $5.99 footlong deals are pretty good, although they only let you get 3 vegetable toppings with them. I like the BBQ chicken footlong deal.

The guy who worked this night seriously needs a raise for all he had to do. He was literally the ONLY employee there and there were at least 5 other ppl behind us. He kept everyone calm…happy and got everyone’s food out fast and clean.

The lady that came to make the sandwiches was the grossest person I’ve ever seen in the food industry. Me and my lady were both in shock and wondering how she has a job touching food at all. I’m not a rude person, I’m just being real. She obviously doesn’t bathe or take care of herself at all. You couldn’t pay me to eat a sandwich from that subway.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I love subway but this is the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to. First we waited 15 minutes for the guy to come back from outside. Another Walmart employee said she didn’t know where he was. Then customer service was not a priority nor was listening to what we ordered. I ordered a salad and said no lettuce extra spinach, he put lettuce on it, I said no lettuce again and he picked it out and put it back in the lettuce container. He dropped a piece of meat on the counter and put it back in the meat container, put a scoop of tuna on my husband’s sandwich and my husband reminded him he wanted his bread toasted so he took the scoop off and put it back in the container. Told me he could not cut up my vegetables for my salad plus he only put about 15 spinach leaves in my salad . Maybe I’m just spoiled to other locations that have always done this for me. Maybe the guy was just having a bad night regardless we will never eat there again.

I went there for lunch and dinner for my family and let’s just say their service is bad very bad. I sat there for over 30 minutes. the lady in the back was listening to music and look like she was on drugs, talking about drugs, wouldnt focus on making my sandwich/food for me and my family an talking on an on about her personal life would never recommend going back also I feel like I was overcharged for two sandwiches

It was great!!!! The lady was having a bad day; but yet she still had a smile on her face! Every time my family and I go there she’s always there, we don’t stop there unless she’s working. She makes beautiful subs she always make sure to ask if we’d like chips and or cookies. Which we do!!! Every one has their days that doesn’t go so well, she’s untitled to hers I’ve seen this lady put up with a lot from her employees from what I observed and witness there’s no way I could of kept my composer like she did on this day. She’s an amazing female and I’ll keep coming back as long as she’s fixing my sub!!!

I really didn’t want to leave a one star rating. I can’t believe this subway mainly the employee who got mad because of not wanting a certain veggie that came with the sandwich, well excuse me I’m allergic to tomatoes so she didn’t even ask if there was anything else I wanted, plainly the ham and cheese melt came with tomatoes and onions, she heated the sandwich and tossed it over to the register. Her hatefulness attitude an they way all of us in my family was treated will keep us from EVER returning here to this subway.

Went there around 8:30 lady was rude, almost out of everything. Only one person was there until another girl showed up 30 minutes before they closed. I used to work there and they closed at 9 then so I’m assuming you guys still do. No lids for drinks or anything. Paper was toasted on top of my food and she proceeded to just rip the paper off taking off all of my cheese then we get to the car and my boyfriend starts to eat his spicy Italian and there was a hair in it! Your employee’s need better customer service. You guys have gone down hill.
