Ordered online for takeout. I ordered a Spicy Italian on Italian Herb & Cheese bread. The bread was ridiculously, stupidly STALE. So bad, in fact, I threw it away after one bite. One young lady running the store but at least it wasn’t busy, thank goodness. This is common with virtually all Subway stores, so I have to ask WHAT DO YOU FRANCHISE OWNERS HAVE AGAINST HIRING ENOUGH EMPLOYEES AND WHY DO YOU STORE MANAGERS SCHEDULE POORLY TRAINED EMPLOYEES TO RUN A STORE BY THEMSELVES?!? That isn’t on the employee; it’s on owners and managers, so, ultimately, this terrible sandwich is your fault.
I rarely give poor reviews. I figure it could be an anomaly and, truth be told, I rarely get poor service. But this is not right. This is my first and last visit here i.e., I won’t be coming back.

Got a number 18 made how it is suggested, plus add onions and pickles. Get all the way back to work, they made it with only add onions and pickles. I tried calling that day and the phone just kept ringing. I called a few more times on other days to no avail. Tried contacting 4 days after that and finally got a hold of someone. They said that there was no way that they missed a phone call because they always answer the phone, essentially calling me a liar. Because I didn’t have the food, they refused to do anything about it even though I had a receipt and a picture of the sandwich untouched, that was made incorrectly.

I guess I won’t give my business to them anymore. Problem solved.

I don’t normally put out reviews like this but after what I just experienced today I felt like I needed too. So I went in this subway next to Philips 66 and walked in and didn’t see no one for like 5 mins and finally one female walked out front and her attitude was okay but was kinda slow when it came to me ordering and making the sandwich, then this other female walked out from the back and was also slow as heck and looked like she was smoking something because I can tell weather or not someones been smoking by the way they look and how weird they acted like this other female that walked out from the back! And first sandwich I ordered was 6 inch tuna and second sandwich was ft long chicken.. so I had to literally repeat my self 5 times to both of them especially the second girl that walked from the back and then she tries using ft long bread for tuna and I repeated myself for 10th time that the tuna sandwich is supposed to be the 6 inch and chicken sandwich is the ft long one then she said okay I’m sorry… So then instead of making the chicken the ft long she decides to make it 6 inch as well and finally I said screw it just give the 6 inch chicken because I wasn’t that hungry anyways but other 6 inch tuna was for my dad and I could not get that wrong…. Yeah I won’t be getting anymore orders from this location after today.. they’re attitudes was fine but they’re performance, not so good

it’s nobody’s fault you’re miserable bc you work at subway everyday. the pasty girl with the black hair who works here every day has a TERRIBLE attitude. made my sandwich wrong, then double toasted it. then questioned ME on why i had an attitude.

I don’t know what has happened but this Subway went from being one of the nicer ones in the area to being the mess it looks like now. Their cookies all looked under cooked and messy. Their front area was a mess. If I wasn’t hungry, I wouldn’t of ate there today. Only saving grave was my wrap was good.

Edit: Its gotten better since this review.

Went through drive thru ordered a 6″ sub and it seemed small. It measured a little over 5″ with hardly anything on it. Not happy with Subway lately seems like they are cutting corners.

Would also like to add I called up there to talk to manger. The kid who answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. When I told him that I wouldn’t be happy if I had to drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant he said why dont you go ahead and just do that. Felt like it was a threat for me to do so. He rudely laughed at me when I told him I measured the sandwich and told him the 6″ sub was barely over 5″. I also did not have much tuna on it as well. Just frustrated that I am paying for a sandwich they are not fully providing me.

I will add that I have never had any problems with this Subway until recently. So I am just assuming there has been a management change.

Ordered 5 subs for us at work, and everyone of the subs were made wrong. Called restaurant and talked to assistant manager and customer service sucked. She didn’t care that subs were wrong. Argued with us when trying to have things made right. Will never order from this subway again. Wouldn’t even give them a star if they hadn’t made me.
