My husband wanted subway while he was in the hospital. I ordered him a footling with ham/Mayo/cheese toasted. He received a turkey and cheese with no Mayo and on a 6in? I ordered a 6in with all the toppings.. they put all my toppings on the footlong. We literally threw them away they were so soggy. I’ve reached out to corporate because this was $18 that went in the trash. However I haven’t heard back. I guess they really don’t care. I won’t be back to this location, sad too because that same day I fed 3 kids from there and it’s right down the street.

Ordered a chopped salad to not be informed until the end that the chopped salad was discontinued after Covid…Even though I just had one this same week at Skiatooks location. I told the lady if she would have said it in the beginning I would not have even ordered it. No apology, just said “no ma’am” the fact she couldn’t cut the food up a little better so it was not clumpy in the salad is another level of lazy I have not encountered. I don’t want whole slices of pickles and jalapeños in my salad as it makes it really bitter. The little effort it would have taken to cut it up isn’t much. Should have clarified the salad was not chopped ….it was in fact an average salad. Will not be back.

Everything was amazing including the staff and the service I received, however they have no air conditioner. therefore making it unbearable for not just the employees but the customers as well. I recommend this be fixed in order for us to have a better visit and in order for staff to better do their job more comfortably

Oh my goodness, I cannot remember the young lady’s name that made our footlong sub, but it was Awesome just to watch her make it, she was that quick, but it was also so beautiful.

Came in 10 minutes to closing and the gentlemen that helps us with our last minute did amazing. He was so kind and so freaking awesome he was quick as lightning and made the sandwiches perfectly made everything taste amazing! He definitely deserves a raise. When yall go here definitely have this amazing employee Robin make em! Such a great atmosphere.

This was the worst ever! Waited 40 min in line to then order 3 sandwiches that cost 41.00(medically, chicken bacon ranch, and roast beef)and literally all you could taste was bread! The tomatoes they use are Roma tomatoes=cheap! Which I wouldn’t mind BUT THEY WERE NOT FRESH! The sandwiches were awful so little of everything you couldn’t taste the meat or anything but bread. I’m done going here. Manager was rude last time we were here and this time the service and food was terrible. Good luck subway, your going down fast! Already closed the second store in town, your next.

Food was prepared well, restaurant was clean. Just concerned about associates feeding a random customer’s (non service/support animal) dog the meat from the cold case. Not to mention the dog jumping on the counters and scratching fleas constantly. I love, and have dogs, but not a good look for a fresh food facility.
