I got a 5-mear Italian footlong with the 50%extra protein. It might be the prettiest Subway sandwich I’ve ever seen, and definitely the best tasting.

Excellent place to catch a healthy brunch or lunch. I also love it’s location in the center of the town

I have to start with I’m disappointed in the rotisserie chicken, they have changed it at all the locations I have tried. It’s not the same chunks of white meat anymore. This is more like canned cat food. Also why bring back and take away honey oat bread?? It’s disappointing to not get my sandwich on it.

Now for the good. Because the chicken quality change and the bread coming and going is not anything store employees can control.

Tonight my husband and I went to this location and Sarah was there by herself running the store. A line of customers but she was friendly and fast. But She also took time and cared about my sandwich like she was making her own! I’ve Never had anyone pull the stems off my spinach (something I do but don’t ask for, cause they are too busy) but she took the time to do it. She checked with me making sure I approved of everything how it went on and how much of it on my sandwich. All with a smile on her face and super nice. The work space for building sandwiches was very clean and tidy. All around a great experience I hope Sarah makes my sandwich again sometime soon!!

Had an online order with a sub that was suppose to be toasted, the sub was not toasted so went back inside cordially and nice to get a remake since I had to travel home and back to the establishment, but they were very rude and unprofessional. I was very nice and friendly all I wanted was my sub right, wasn’t even mad I just wanted my food correct and they all started ganging up on me and being very rude, told me “it wasn’t their problem” that my sub wasn’t toasted, I brought it back to show them it was super cold and bread soft (indications of not being toasted) but they didn’t seem to care at all, a manager’s needs to check the camera footage from today , is that an acceptable way to treat paying customers who tip ??? Will NEVER be back !

I ordered on the app for convenience and a promo going on. Turns out in the store the toaster is broken, not their fault, so I’m not blaming them. Through the app, they get your email and phone number. They could have asked if the sandwiches could be heated rather than toasted since it was broke. Also, they do not put the extra cheese that is supposed to go on the Chicken Bacon Ranch. Previous interactions have been better.

They would rather stand around and talk than actually do their job. Which is disappointing because subway is usually great with respectful people, not the case for this establishment. There are other subways close by, avoid this one if you want appropriate service.

Last time I worked at Subway, they didn’t have glass case doors to help keep the food fresh in refrigerated, nor did they have coarse salt and pepper grinders. So that’s definitely a plus worth five stars. Also the service was superb. Everything in the display refrigerator seemed well within its sell time, freshly prepared, clean, and tasty. I forgot the server’s name, but she said that she normally works evenings alone. Hopefully that’ll change if I get a job here. Besides that, however, she’s a sweet person who seems to know her store well. She built my sub like a real Artisan. This is a place I’d like go regularly for food. ‘Specially if my subs always turn out this nicely crafted!

Just took my crew to this subway for lunch, and I definitely regret wasting our time. All 3 of the ladies in the front are ridiculously RUDE! Told us we should already know what we want on our sandwich so they don’t have to wait on us. We ended leaving. THE WORST SUBWAY!

The hot little chic that built our subs wore a jersey that said “the Champ” and that she was working circles around her coworker. She definitely knew how to make a sandwich and I’ll be going back. I may be in love. ❤️

This is the skimpiest sandwich I’ve ever paid for. Meat was underweight/specs, veggies were underweight/spec too and barely toasted. The ONLY thing that was decently done about what I ordered was the dressing amount.
IDK why everything was under loaded on my order, but REALLY?
1. If you’re trying to cut food costs, that’s understandable. But cutting helpings by 1/3 to 1/2 of company standards is unacceptable. And leaving off items is absolutely beyond the pale.
2. You ran out of stuff on the line? I placed an online order, it could’ve waited for 2-3 minutes while you restocked. Stop being lazy.
3. Was this sandwich light because you didn’t want to deal with wrangling it? I know I order a large sandwich (for $8.50 it should be the size of Texas. That’s what I order, so that’s what I expect). Just because I wasn’t standing there watching you put it together doesn’t mean I can/should be shortchanged. Again leaving off items is horrendous. I know it’s a full-on mess cutting and wrapping this sandwich. It’s okay, just stuff the fall out in the wrapper and put napkins in the bag, I’m good with that.
I avoid this location because this isn’t the first time this has happened, but this is the worst of the past 7 years. If I didn’t work downtown, I would NEVER spend my money here.
I’ll just go across town from now on, they always get my order right and in the right proportions.
