The staff were very welcoming when my husband and i walked in. They were getting ready to pull out more fresh bread, so the smell was so good! The sandwiches were very good, made to our specifications. All around, we had a good experience here. We will be going back.

I can’t attest to the quality of the food, all I can comment on is the total lack of respect by staff. My wife and I went into this shop and I didn’t see on the menu what was listed on the online menu so I stated what I wanted and the staff member made a wisecrack about it being a bologna sandwich and I said no I wanted the coldcut trio and he kept saying the bologna sandwich and snickering the whole time. I attempted three times and still received the same response from the staff member in a very disdainful manner, so we just said forget it and walked out. If this staff member is any indication of the quality of employee that you hire then I can understand why you have little success. I will never enter your establishment again and I will also encourage others to never do service with you in the future.

Stood in line to be told only when veggies were to be added to the sandwich that they were out of lettuce. Poor management skills to allow supplies to be completely depleted and not alert clients before they wait significant time in line.

Big place for what I see is 2 or three people a time in here. This is the latest of weird times Ive seen but seems like 1.5 hours before closing they are out of everything and don’t care to prep anything new for customers. Don’t waste your time. There’s other places nearby that are prepped and care to give the service you require wether it’s food or something else.

They are very slow, uneducated on register and do not honor advertised coupons in store. They shouldn’t advertise bogo in store or online when they charge double for cash orders. I won’t go back! West willow enid ok. I walked out made me mad. Cash is nothing anymore.

I don’t know the young lady’s name, has a nose piercing, but she is so sweet and helpful. So, while trying to order online, as I do often, my phone glitches out and puts the order in at this Enid Subway. I was literally 103 miles away close to ElReno. So I walk in and they don’t even have online orders. I look to see where it sent my order..Enid. I called and asked the young lady could she hold off making it for an hour and a half til I got there. She did, it was fresh just made b4 I walked in. She even pointed to which one was mine on the rack fro. Remembering my name. Nice place, good sandwiches, pleasant employees.
