I can’t say enough about the incredible kindness and hospitality we received at the Subway in Erick, Oklahoma. Manager Sara Noxon and her amazing team went above and beyond for my family of five after we were left stranded by Enterprise following a car incident. With all our luggage and nowhere to go during a 7-hour wait, they welcomed us into their restaurant like family.
They not only served us delicious food but made sure we were comfortable, safe, and cared for during one of the most stressful experiences of our trip. Their compassion and genuine care reminded us that there truly are angels among us.
We’re from Wetumpka, Alabama, but I can promise you this, we’ll be stopping by this Subway every time we pass through, just to support this incredible team. Thank you, Sara and staff, for your outstanding customer service, your kindness, and your hearts. Erick, Oklahoma, you have some of the most beautiful people we’ve ever met, from your highway patrols to your food service workers and tow truck drivers.

Absolutely amazing service. My family and I hit something in the road and our van stopped working. The Subway and Love’s workers are amazing. They moved around tables so our stuff could sit inside, discounted our food, and helped out so much. Truly grateful for the workers and the hospitality. Sara Noxon was super helpful and made sure we were taken care of the entire time.

The sandwich ingredients were fresh and flavorful, but they were out of spinach, which my daughter considers an essential addition for her sandwich. The bread got very dry and spread crumbs everywhere after toasting.

The employees behind the counter were so nice. Younger men with a joyful spirit joking with each other but still professional and helpful. Unlike most workers lately who serve your food with an attitude like they hate their jobs. Clean inside the restaurant.

I do apologize I forgot her name but the lady with the Australian accent was such a fantastic worker. As a truck driver I don’t get a lot of pleasant exchanges with people but she seriously left me with a very happy attitude after talking with her. Thank you for your customer service!

My boyfriend and I absolutely hate washing dishes so we come here at least 3 times a week. Great food, great staff. Since this is open 24 hours a day, I have no problem going by myself at 3am to get us a snack and I’ve never felt unsafe or even uncomfortable being there alone and that matters as much as the food. Not a whole lot to say considering that it’s an international food chain. But it defers in one thing, customer service.
I was just passing and stop to put gas, went in and notice the subway inside. There was only one girl there, very polite she acknowledged people as they pass by. Food is like every other subway, the usual in the menu. Only thing different is their customer service. Aside from that, I liked it, service was quick.
