One because zero is not an option. 5/10/23 (11:18 am). came to the store for lunch. Ordered two meals with chips and drinks with one veggie wrap and an extra drink, no chips. The lady argued with me about what I ordered and when I clarified proceeded to tell me “no this is what you said”. It was very rude and out of line with customer service etiquette. Just correct the order and recharge my card. Instead she talked over me and told her coworker how I was wrong. I walked out of the store and my husband stayed in to fill his drink cup. She continued to blast me while my husband was in the store. This girl has no business in customer service. We will never come back as long on it’s acceptable to yell at and gossip about your patrons. The worst service I have ever received in Altus, OK. Turns out to be a mother-daughter duo working hence why the mother tolerated the daughters behavior! She raised her! Absolutely unacceptable!

The fresh ingredients smell kicked me hard on the face!!! Super nice staff. Didn’t see a name tag but the gentlemen with black glasses made my sub taste like the blood of my enemy’s. So I enjoyed it greatly. Thank, tuna is smooth.

Subway is making some major menu changes. One of which is removing the oven roasted chicken from the menu l. I was a little sad to see go as I was just about the only sandwich I got from there. Overall though this location haa a friendly staff and a nice clean environment.

My order was wrong and when I called to tell them the shift manager was dismissive and told me that I was wrong. My mom went in to place the order. It was written down exactly the way I wanted it, but they didn’t follow it. I won’t go back to that store! She basically called me a liar! Poor customer service!

Love this place, fresh food is always good !!! The young man working all alone did a Wonderful job taking care of the crowd that showed up. Everyone was very patient with him. I went in Sat July 6th around 12 pm 2019. I give you guys a 5 star for fresh food and Fabulous service !!

I ordered through the app but had just driven by on an errand. I waited for 10 of the 20 minutes it said. When I got there only one couple was in a booth and nobody in line. The sub wasn’t ready and the employee (if you want to call her that) asked who I was and then said she didn’t have to have it ready for 10 more minutes. After picking it up she was in a hurry to see me leave. Sad, next time I want a sub I will go to Jersey Mike’s even though it is out of the way.
