Biggest issue i have here is the attitude of the employees, Sandwiches are never correct, and 90% bread even when i order damn near the whole menu on mine. Used to come here a lot. Havent had a decent experience in a loooong while here.

Every time I’ve come to eat here they’ve either got my food wrong, were out of something and didn’t tell me until went to go pick it up or I’ve waited entirely too long for my food because no one was at the front

Expect to wait 20+ minutes for your food, even if you ordered ahead.
Food is good, and the place is clean, but Management needs to get their Labor right. There is always only one worker there; they’re taking in-store orders, answering phone calls, covering the counter, and register by themselves. One person.
Management needs to do better.

Eric and Jeff CRUSHED IT tonight. They were absolutely slammed when I walked in, but they kept things moving like a well-oiled machine. Eric maintained a great attitude despite an endless line of mobile orders coming in, and Jeff kept churning out those sandwiches. I didn’t hear a single complaint the whole time I was there – just a positive spirit and a willingness to persevere. I have had some negative experiences at this location in the past, but tonight, they redeemed their reputation. It was a shining example that other restaurants should follow, and I’m grateful for the service I received.

The food was ok, the usual Subway fare, but the rest of the experience pretty much sucked. Since when are we required to tip Subway sandwich makers? Or any other sandwich makers for that matter? I’m already paying inflated prices for the food which I have to stand in line forever to get waited on by a Subway employee with a VERY bad attitude who took forever and was extremely rude to me. Then they sold us small drinks but didn’t have any lids and looked at us like oh well. Poor service indeed and then $64 for lunch for four people and I’m asked to tip them when I almost had to make it myself. I don’t think so!!! Update: this place redeemed itself on my wedding day! Of course the two workers were male employees this time and were super courteous! They prepared two large sandwich trays in a beautiful presentation and gave us a large platter of fresh baked cookies for no charge! Then they carried the whole order out to our vehicle! This guys deserved a tip and received one too! Many thanks!

Constantly late on ALL app orders. Regularly missing items becuase “we got busy” while one dude just stand around making excuses. Have not had a single order in 6 months on time. Almost always 20-30 minutes after ready time, soft drinks are often below expectation, and may or may not have cookies made (remember that wait time? NOT ONE INCLINATION TO START ANY). Cant refund items, but recommend you come back 40 minutes later, after its already 30 minutes late.

Can’t rate the food because I was treated as if I was invisible. There was only one guy making food. It looked like he was working on online orders or something. The least he could have done was acknowledge me. Nah. Nothing. I gave up after standing there for 10mins.
