Food is fine, the quality of the veggies is hit or miss. Almost every time I go here, the staff look and act miserable. They can’t even be bothered to greet customers upon arrival and have terrible customer service skills throughout the ordering process. I’d rather jump behind the counter and make my own sandwich because they act unapologetically annoyed that I even walked through the door. Several need to be fired if they hate their jobs that much.

All the people that work at this location on the Southeast side are rude ,and disrespectful .They have no customer service skills whatsoever .They don’t even welcome you when you walk in the door. I come in once a week to this store because it is close to one of my patient’s houses. The young teenage boys that work here, are rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever! Today was the last straw when the kid THREW my card at me and then THREW my receipt at me. Someone get your sons and teach them better, they are expendable, and I’m sure there are plenty of people who could provide better customer service!
