Ordered online. They got my sandwiches mixed up. They had so much dressing on them and were sloppy. It was so bad the bread was soggy and i only like bout 5 min drive away from store. Called store was told by employee she didn’t know how to fix it and would have a manager call. It’s been 3.5 hrs now and is 3:00 pm and manager still hasn’t called. This isn’t a satisfied customer and not good customer service skills.

Normally this place isn’t that bad in terms of service. Lately, and especially today, it was off. My App order was 25 minutes over due; the place was empty when I got there and not a single customer came in the store the entire time I waited.

Holy guacamole these people worked slower than old people procreate. Took 20 minutes for them to make us 3 sandwiches and the person in front of us 3 sandwiches. It was hilarious. Just pulled up to the window and was informed that the window was just for call in orders or orders on the app. I said then I would ace an order in the ap. He said he had a problem woth that and we needed to move, we said we would if someone pulled behind us. He was rude. We decided to eat somewhere else. Terrible for business Grove Subway.

Had walked in employee Tonya had her back turned to me. She turned around gave me a look as being disgusted like she didn’t want to help me. I ordered my food she was slamming stuff around had a horrible attitude I called up there to get a name she’s the one that answered the phone. I told her what was wrong she said yeah that was me with a rude attitude like she didn’t even care and she knew that she had an attitude.. funny she’s gotten on here and rated it a 5 star business..

As good as any other Subway, but more often than not, they don’t have guacamole because it’s “out of season.” Can’t tell if it’s their excuse for being out at the moment or not wanting to carry it for one reason or another.
