I usually focus on giving good reviews but this place was bad. The food was normal but the girl behind the counter were loud and obnoxious. Having inappropriate personal conversations loudly. Screaming. Talking rudely the the other nice girl who was trying to serve me. Learn some customer service skills please. It was bad enough to make me take the time to write this review.

I ordered a foot long Boss sandwich on the app. The receipt on the app said foot long. The receipt taped to the bag said foot long. I received a seven inch cut sandwich instead of the whole loaf. No place to report the discrepancy on the app.

Mikayla was helpful, kind, well spoken, and prompt. All the things I want to experience at a excellent Subway. They even had my online order made before I got there!! Thank you! The store is tidy and clean. The drinks and chips are fully stocked.

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered delivery through their app. I purchased two salads with extra lettuce and avocado added. I didn’t receive avocado and there was NO lettuce in the salads. When I call the store the kids working had no idea how to refund for the avocado that they were out of and gave no reason why the lettuce was missing completely IN A SALAD. I then reach out to customer service which is only through email. The rep was very unprofessional and said the only way to have received a refund was to have brought the food back to the store. I ordered delivery because going to the store wasn’t an option. I had to pay extra for delivery, yet I’m supposed to figure out how to get to Subway because of their mistake? What, take an Uber? Ludicrous. I have reached back out to customer service multiple times and have never received another response. This place has mediocre food at best, and that’s only if you actually get the food you paid for. I will never ever be back to this Subway again and I hope they get closed because these ratings show I’m not the only person they screwed over.

1. We waited in line for about 5 minutes, which was ok since there were only 2 people there( 1black female, 1 white female). The black lady was rude to everyone, the lady in front of me was charged for a kids meal, which i guess she didn’t want, so the black lady, stood making the door dash order and went to the cash register to give her the change for the meal, and she didn’t even change her gloves, but went back to making sandwiches. Was given attitude regarding the coupon i provided which was not expired, and then the black lady says”we won’t be doing this again” and idk what she meant, i assume regarding the coupon which wasn’t my issue, subway made the coupon. Our bread was dry and not fresh, the cookies were ok. I will be making a review but we won’t be coming back to this location.
