Now, for $15, you get ripped off. I ordered online. For a foot long sub, there should be 12 slices of deli meat. In my sandwich, there was half that amount. It also was not toasted. It’s not like this franchise was busy and this was an oversight. There was no one in the store.
Placed an order for a cold cut. He Add 2 pieces of meat very thin. Small bread had him toast. It one piece of cheese, ask for lettuce. He sprinkled a few pieces on Asked spinach 3 flakes ,ask for banana peppers 3 banana pepper rings asked 4 olives, 7 pieces the sandwich. Weighed, nothing we’ll never go back to this store again.
I’ve patronized numerous Subways over the years, including this one, and seen the steady deterioration in quality and service. Today was the last straw!
Went in and saw the new menu, sporting higher prices (of course) and ordered a “Subway Club” supposed to come with “lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayonnaise”. The employee took my order and began putting the sandwich together. When we got to the veggies, I asked for the lettuce, tomatoes, etc. and the employees said: “Actually, we’re out of tomatoes and lettuce. Do you want spinach instead?” I told her no, and asked why she did not tell me that she could not make the sandwich as advertised when I placed the order, not when it was mostly made.
Never again for me. I was trying to get a decent sandwich for my wife (a cancer patient), but it was a complete fail.
Subway management, are you listening? I see many locations closing in this area, and the experience explains why!
