The food is great, but theyre VERY understaffed, literally only one person in the store.
Went through the drive through. Lady took our order kinda rude, and then when we asked for default sandwiches plus a few ingredients, she ONLY PUT THOSE INGREDIENTS.
This has only happened once, and probably because it was a drive through order, but its ridiculous anyway.

Every time I visit this location I am greeted with a smile and hello. All menu items are available, the dinning area and restrooms are always clean, and the service is quick and friendly. I drive out of my way to visit this location.

I tried a new sandwich. the guy didn’t know how to make it. the brand was tough as leather, hardly any of the ingredients I asked for was on the sandwich. it was a bad experience altogether. unfortunately it was my first and last visit to this Subway location…. I wouldn’t recommend this subway out of the hundreds around the city.

I went to this subway 101 N Douglass blvd Midwest City at 11:10 am. I first wasn’t sure it was open because the open light was off. But it was. I was the only customer there and woman behind the counter was very surly and unfriendly. Spoke very low and could not hear her. I ordered my sandwich and she barely put anything on it. It was sad looking. I would not repeat my business at this location.

Look man. If you have absolutely no other option, THIS IS FOR YOUUUU. The drive through never works, and they have no clue how to properly make food. They forget to toast, so the sandwich is always cold. They forget sauce 99.99% of the time. On the bright side, once in a blue moon, they can make the PERFECT SUB. It really is just a gamble, and most of the time you lose.

I give 0 stars because they do NOT honor coupons. Therefore in Shawnee we have no choice. I.E. 1 single location. They won’t stop sending coupons that they won’t honor and apparently they count on nice folks to just say, ” that’s alright hun, give it to me anyway”. NOT ME! i WILL NOT EVER RETURN .hAVE A NICE DAY.

My daughter ordered through the app and it double charged her. When she got her food and realized it was doubled she looked at the receipt and realized she was charged for their mistake. After bringing it up to management she was basically told they couldn’t do anything about it and she was SOL. Save your time and a headache and just go to Jimmy Johns… or McAlester’s…or Jersey Mike’s… or Firehouse… like you get it, there’s better options for the same price or cheaper all within a mile or 2.
